i was thinking the same thing, your boss isnt a smart man -
snapped my blue point torx socket today (its 1/4 drive LOL), gave it back to my local dealer and warranty ftw!

i don't like sidchrome/stanley ratchets one bit! they get real sloppy real quickly!

5k head on a 4k block will dramatically increase the compression ratio and will turn it into a VERY angry motor with a huge cam

ive bleed my rear brakes by myself, crack the nipple and pump the pedal 10 times. jump out and tighten nipple and check fluid. do the same for the other side.

steel wool if the hosuing is alloy or use a dremel with a buffer wheel and cutting compound

my mate had the same thing, extracted 300rwkw and 1000nm of torque with a cooler/zorst and i think upgraded turbo. clutch didnt like all that torque thats for sure!
