did you change the input and output shaft bearings? if you have oready put it back together theres no point explaining it

the one thats one piece. its got a circlip holding it in. remove it and the centre of the shaft pulls out

i went and spoke to my local engine rebuilder who does alot of perforance work so he knows his shit. i asked him about pricing on crack test the block etc etc and he laughed and said "i only crack test things when something goes on the engine and puts stress on everything else aka spun bearing/blown hg etc etc. if its just a general rebuild i don't do it" so i wasted $330 on my engine build that could of gone to something more worth while

all done? need to remove the cluster shaft, then theres a HUGE circlip behind the input shaft. then it drops out ask me for more info if yah need, ive rebuilt a k50 before

hey mate, while you have the head off. poor kero into intake and exhaust ports of the cylinder witch had nut inside of it, then check the valve and see if theres fluid leaking out leaking = bent valve or damaged seat/guide no leaking = all good mate edit - if the nut was that big howd it get in there? wouldnt have gone down the valves?
