sounds like headgasket to me, my 5k had a blown headgasket and was pressurising the coolant system BAD but still went like stink! -
spotted a early brown ke55 leave a quarrie on cooper st after work, gave him the thumbs up. anyone from here?

28/36 is perfect for a 4k. drive like a spastic on the secondaries and still get 600km outta a tank :wink:

4k headbolts are a joke! your set inside the engine will be eaten up from rust and normal wear and tear, go arp. i can supply pics of my headbolts i pulled out of my 4k, i wanted to go arp!
