yea go for 20w50 (my 5k is sooo smokey i use a gearbox oil in it LMAO!) its like honey!

does it smoke but? if its tired and smokey use 20w70, if its just tired use 20w50

philbey - that makes total sense! i bled the system after work on a massive 30degree incline. it was full to the brim. went for a drive and coolant temp went thru the roof!(drove for 5mins off the gauge) pulled over at the servo and poped the cap off and there was only air coming out. not one bit of coolant cause it was pushed in the overflow. topped it up again and it was fine? and still no milky in the oil. best $100 5k ive owned

have you seen a windscreen man fit new rubbers? 515? pfftttt Mitsubishi threebond is the way to go!

brake fluid. dot 4 atf - dextron 3 manual gearbox oil - castrol ep80w diff oil - manual says ep80w but seams VERY thin for diff oil so use castrol EPX90 steering box - ep80w engine oil - 20w50 for a std engine. 20w70 for a VERY tired smokey engine. and 20w40 for a freshy rebuilt i think thats it?

could we also have a "to bring list" for us noobs :) and list on other members who are coming

no! what i found the easiest why to pull the sump is. remove nuts for engine mount. jack up the sump till the gearbox touches the firewall. stick 2 blocks of wood between engine mount and x member mount
