  1. So angry I didn't make it! I'm going to hold a ceremonial bonfire to cleanse the earth of the heater hose that stopped me partaking in said "best hills run EVAR!" hit me up with another date if everyone is keen.
  2. at home still waiting for chillin to get home so we can fang it down the highway!!! keen! also didn't was my car...
  3. Got all my directions ready! excited for a good run through the hills :P
  4. Nice dude, always liked the hi-top slant fronts. Here is a bit of inspiration; my mates wagon. http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10150242391776968&set=a.10150242387071968.323227.710946967&type=1&theater
  5. Looks sweet dude, see you got a couple of pictures on boostlosing too, keen to check this thing tomorrow at the cruise. cheers, Crowie.
  6. yay! Christmas time for me!!!
  7. I've got work on Sunday morning but I should be out of there by 8-9 so i'll be in the same boat as chillin. I'll give you a text Reed when we are leaving so you know an approximate time of arrival. Cheers, Crowie.
  8. haha exactly what I did
  9. Christmas is always awesome  wheels look good man, any chance they will be on for the cruise this weekend?
  10. perhaps the regional leader? ...oh wait we don't have one :sob:
  11. F$%& off man, I've gone through and read the PM's between yourself and chillin. Don't get all stroppy because you can't make a quick buck out of someones misfortune. That's all your really on this forum for... buy something cheap and make a story about how your going to do big things and guess what... nothing happens. If he doesn't want to sell he isn't going to; that's just the bottom line. As for the "knock u the f out" comment, your a nobody and you'll do nothing, and all I can say is blood is thicker than water wanker.
  12. oooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh :hmm: :hmm: :hmm:
  13. Thought I was missing a car in my usual site lurkings, looking great man the green and those wheels really work together; keep the good work up! Cheers, Crowie.
  14. If your car looks neat then you'll be right, drove my car to work for a month 80mm from the sills and I park right near the cop shop. Always drove past cops and they never took a second glance as my car is always washed and clean. wmmh: lemsip
  15. Ace'd the psyc/written test back before they had the medical on the same day, so I'm just waiting on the physical before I'm shipped off. Hopefully Priority job speeds up my application
  16. Don't want to move down to Melbourne or Adelaide with all those metro/hipster fags to get a good RC turn out. :no2:
  17. Heaps of trades are screaming for men and women in the army check the link Mason posted, Also the mines are also in desperate need of workers. skilled or not they are taking anyone with an able body. Couple of my mates are up in Gin Gin (north QLD) raking in the money atm. I applied last February only to loose interest because of a girl and reactivated my application a month or so ago. Worst decision I ever made, kicking myself as I would have been killing it by now.
  18. You don't have to be young and super fit, and you don't have to be a meat shield either. Acceptance age is 55 max for someone with an established trade or experience in the appropriate fields; so there is still hope for you yet Reed.
  19. I'm also heading to the army soon Mason, a glitch in their computer system or the incompetence of my case manager has made my wait painfully long. WGMG: Sick as a dog!
  20. Add me to the list Reed!
  21. It's a great little car, interior is awesome all I need to do is buy and fit new black carpet to match everything else. Fresh respray isn't the best but it looks the goods, suspension is lowered properly, handles great and is quite sporty. All the rust has been cut out. I can fit anything I want in the back. Very secure car so theft isn't an issue. Would be a great buy for anyone if I could bring myself to let it go.
  22. Cheers Carlos I'll look into that soon, not much to say about my car though, lifted it up so it's enjoyable to drive, fixed a couple of lose ends and that's about it. Kind of in a dilemma with the car at the moment; career change hopefully soon will see me move away and have no use for a car, but I'll be on some good coin. so I'm just weighing up my options. either I sell the car and move on or keep the car and figure it out later. As it stands I don't really see the need (nor have the money) to spend more on it as I'm 50/50 with my decision. :hmm:
  23. Just remember my brother's rear guards have been pulled out 35mm each side and lipped, the fronts have camber adjustment and still rub on the guards near full lock and the're only 14x7 -2. Really depends on how much you want to modify your guards as to what offsets you can run with 14x8's all round. How much is this setting you back btw?
  24. Probs not as hard but me and phil-keto did a manual conversion on my 55 coupe in his paddock with 1 scissor jack under the side of the car that's it. Looking back and I realise how dangerous it was. wgmg: no motivation to spend time or money on my car.
