I've been at my new job not even 3 weeks and a chick I work with has had more time off in that time than I've had all year. Supposedlyits rare for her to be here all week. How do these people stay employed?

I just don't get it, there are these people in all places. How can they survive, they must use up all their holiday/personal days. Unless shes on a wage.

 

Even then, when does going on a wage constitute slacking off. I go to work to work. I've been there 3 weeks all I see is people standing around talking, the maintenance guy, all he does is walk from his work shop to the vending machine. Occasionally he fixes something.

 

I really don't want to be like that. Or maybe I just need to chill the fcuk out. I dunno.
