fusion Posted December 11, 2009 Report Posted December 11, 2009 Stupid people! :hmm: Driving home, and some lady decides to make an effort to jump infront of my car and stand in the middle of the lane. Than proceed to give me the rude finger, after I had to brake heavily and swerve to miss her. Than she claims shes the dealership owner of the Toyota and that she is going to report me to the police for being reckless. I hate people :( Quote
Felix Posted December 11, 2009 Report Posted December 11, 2009 and felix, thats a shit load of pages to have open! haha wish i could pull it off, my 8 year old computer just doesnt make it happen though lol Yea. WGMG's is if one of the tabs locks up, and Firefox shits itself. Not that bad to get them all back again. Just tests the old internet connection (and my patience) opening so many pages up at once. Task Manager says atm Firefox is chewing over 700meg of my 2Gig of memory. Think I need to clean up a bit. :hmm: Quote
LukeAE71 Posted December 11, 2009 Report Posted December 11, 2009 People who sell you a car for wrecking, you organise to have it towed and then they organise for U Pull It to take it anyway. So money for car gone, money for tow fee given to person to pay tow person in my absence gone.... I'm royally f@$ked off!! I should have known better but there you go I got bent over good and proper :hmm: Quote
irokin Posted December 11, 2009 Report Posted December 11, 2009 Is this our friend mr slidwayz? Quote
JiP Posted December 11, 2009 Report Posted December 11, 2009 I hate firefox! Is there anything better that is the same? Like that remembers what pages you had up last? I've only had troubles with this one. Quote
Felix Posted December 11, 2009 Report Posted December 11, 2009 Google chrome will do that. Tried it for a bit, it wasn't bad. Didn't have the cool useful plugins that Firefox has. So went back to Firefox. Quote
JiP Posted December 11, 2009 Report Posted December 11, 2009 My firefox would just keep crashing then all of a sudden it stopped. Instead it freezes or goes really slow. You can't close it down you have to go into task manager to shut it down. Tempted to uninstall it and reinstall it. But not sure if I'll lose my favourites. Quote
Evan G Posted December 11, 2009 Report Posted December 11, 2009 GOD I LOVE INTERNET EXPLORER 9 :hmm: Quote

A good little add on for firefox is "Xmarks". Basically it uploads your favourites (or bookmarks) including, if you want, your passwords. You running firefox 3.5 ? I was at one stage and the thing was always doing the same thing.... So i back dated to 3.0.15 and haven't had any problems to date Quote
irokin Posted December 11, 2009 Report Posted December 11, 2009 l2 update Chromes good but it feels more aimed at power users. Safaris fast if you can get used to the interface quirks. Quote
JiP Posted December 11, 2009 Report Posted December 11, 2009 I HATE TELSTRA!!! Why oh why does my ADSL always disconnect!! Ever since I got it i've noticed my msn signs in and out, I can't load web pages too. I can't even type up one post!! Took me over an hour. Then don't get me started on how many times our home ph cuts out. Then there is my mobile that cuts out and I get CONNECTION ERROR. After that I can't make any calls. How much are we spending on making the extra calls to finish our convo. This is bull shit!! If I call now I'm going to rip shit at who ever answers. Best calm down first. Quote
KEhendo Posted December 11, 2009 Report Posted December 11, 2009 Safaris fast if you can get used to the interface quirks. wooh! that's what i'm running and it hasn't let me down. it was sort of thrust upon my with mums old mac and now i wouldn't use anything else. it also has that thing where it remembers all the tabs you had open. good feature.
