Either it's the perspective, or the seats themselves, but it looks like two Michelin Men are sitting in the front of the car instead of seats :D No doubt they are comfy, but seem a bit.....I dunno, pillowy, puffy.

might just be the perspective.

 

I think that bloke had them re-packed before he fitted them, could explain the puffiness.

 

But they give a general idea of the seats and wadding. comfy as hell too! haha.

My mate has a 1984 Sigma. They have really pimp front seats. They're not exactly bucket-like, but

are comfy as hell and look really cool. Or, if you can find some, the Sigma Turbo seats are amazingly

comfortable and have a good bucket and oldschool look to them. Definitely worth a try.

Hiro when i seen those commodore seats i thought the same thing

 

ive got prelude seats in my KE25 and they are really comfy and pretty supportive. they shit all over the hyundai excel seats in my KE20.

I agree on the Michellin (spl??) man comment. Id say they have had HEAPS more cusioning installed.

Found some out of a camry a while ago. I liked them but i could only find passenger side seats. or ones that didnt match.

Try a set or recaros from a suziki swift GTI. They're a really good fit. some modification of rails is required.

if you want to test the ae93 seats you only have to ask,

 

oh and the ae111 bzr seats are apparently really nice, but i would say rare and expensive

GTR seats are pretty good if you can find them. Particularly the R32 because they are grey. A fair bit lighter than my AE86 seats as well!

Mitsubishi Evo seats are also great, but don't look stock.

or, keep a toyota seat in them...MR2 seats .....

they are close to 50kg from what i been told.... probs lighter but being electric who knows??? electric is pimp!!
