Thermometer wedged in my window currently reads (at 6.41am) "-1". Had to wake up at 5am this morning to put on some socks, a jumper and a beanie and go back to bed! Might buy some fleece booties today...

 

On another offtopic note, saw a CB Lancer GSR yesterday (like my old one) with 14" Datto turbines (RWD dish wheels). Looked... kinda funky actually :P Needed flares :D

yeah, the past few days its been freezing in the morning..

I'm used to my apartment being very very warm....despite sydney being colder than here!!

 

but i just couldnt get up this morning... and now I'm freezing!

i was about 100*f here, i spent the day welding up bubba's rust and relearned a valuble lesson;

DON'T WELD WEARING SHORTS!!!

not counting the sunburn yet, though

Same goes for using an angle grinder without adequate protection. Ah sweet pain... a sign that you are truly alive.

I was welding with shorts :P You'd think I'd learn after awhile...

cold weather sucks... but beer jackets are the best in winter :P

apparently my temp gauge says, 21.5 degrees outside, 17.9 inside....hmmmm......and at 2 oclock this morning i watched my temp gauge go below 10 degrees outside...it was still nice and warm in here though!

A singlet, 2 tee shirts, a shirt a jumper and my jacket... That was what I had to wear in the factory this morning... and yesterday.. and the day before!!

 

Not happy! Bring back summer, but keep the rain... I need the water, I get thirsty and my cars get dirty! :P

Well, Darwin may not have many RollaClub members :sad: , but on the upside, today was beautiful and sunny and about 32 degrees. :P In fact, it's been that way for the past six weeks or so and should remain that way until about... oh October. :D :) :( HAHAHA!!! I LOVE DARWIN!!!

And Tazz, there's nothing like a cold beer on a beautiful warm day. Maybe that's why the NT has the highest rate of drinking per capita of anywhere in Australia - because it's ALWAYS a good time to be drinking! :P

Here in townsville it's much like darwin only less humid, were still hitting 28 - 29 during the day and around 17 at night, still good rum weather BUT i want winter dammit, i want my turbo to get a big gut of cold air!!!!

it was that cold this morning when i left the house, our dog Suzie was under the blanket on the couch.
