RA28GT Posted October 28, 2009 Report Share Posted October 28, 2009 (edited) With the sale of my KE20 gone through i have brought this pimping beast. 1970 Volkswagen Type 3 Fastback 1.6 EFI Motor 4 Speed Manual Extractors 14x6 steelies (stock is 14x4.5) Great car overall that i picked up pretty cheap. Runs well and should prove to be a good daily. Straight and no rust however original paint is cracking pretty badly in certain areas but still looks very presentable. Plans: Whitewalls (this weekend) Lowered (this weekend) New dash pad New drivers seat General tidy up of interior New number plates Any suggestions? Paint looks good in that pic. I reckon slam it (so easy on those things), flapper it, eyelids (ClassicVW in Sydney are cheap), then start VW accessorising it. There is so much stuff you can get for them. OG accessories are the way to go.
