ok say if i was to be silly and randomly bolt on any random turbo to my 3tc what would be the best option regarding the turbo i should use do u have to run a computer thing to run and what happens when u don't :D

Or you could hunt up the turbo exhaust manifold from the 3t-gtue. Couldn't one be made up cheaper then that on Paradise ?

 

Induction - i'd be leaning towards EFI but apart from that a carby blow-through setup, that way you could run a small intercooler. There is the option of a carby draw-through but apart from the on-throttle/off-throttle lag time cause of the location of the carby, fuel will also be drawn through the turbo.

The only real drawback on the blow-through setup is having to mod or "box" the carby.

I don't really know much about the turbo thing itself but i'd be looking towards something from a similar sized motor.

my mate made his own turbo mani for a stock 2tc and had a really massively jetted webber on it and made a custom carby hat for it, and hung a vl turbo turbo off the side, it went like a cut snake

There was a photo of my laptop on my passenger seat with 'danger to manifold' on the screen, lost it with my hdd crash, will get another one.

realy high temprtures ect??? is there like any other way of controling a turbo besides computer ?????

I suggest you go and wiki search on how a waste gate works buddy. And ah.... you don't need a computer.
