Was absolutely freezing the night we went up there for the TOCAU Annual meet on the long weekend, at least the cold was keeping me awake (made it to Jollys at about 11pm, which was 23 hours after I left home that morning to drive up there... June 24, 201115 yr comment_534732 i reckon the last 2 or 3 nights in Brisbane have been the coldest i have felt for a long time. it reminds me of the air down at jindabine (where i stay when i go skiing in NSW), that really really crisp air that has a real bight to it. make your eyes sore just being out in the air.... June 24, 201115 yr comment_534735 Pft, Aussies. Go to Wellington and feel a mid winter southerly. It's like the cold wind is ripping your soul out. In saying that I've acclimatised to Brisbane and this morning at 5am when I got up it was COLD! At least there is no wind and it gets warm. Report
