Only just done it and havent driven it, I probably wont see any major difference until the fluid is replaced anyway.

Do it before you put them in ha ha, what a mission.

I would of taken them out but I don't have a spare gasket.

Got Cop Bait home, swapped:

 

Tail Lights

Visor

rear shocks, springs and adj, panhard.

Wheels

Front lip.

Dash

 

Touched up a bit of the paint. Really felt like I did more.

 

Spent most of the time stripping down Cop Bait but heres what I got on Peanut.

Cheers mate, the slant is kinda growing on me too.

Not gonna be in too much of a hurry to change it to flat front untill i find colour matching panels. (which might be in the works).

I wish it looked as good as the pics in real life :happy: but its cool it looks way more low key than CB.

Might chop those hektik drift pipes off at the bend to low key it even more.

 

 

The shocks I pulled out of the rear wouldnt extend and all the bushes were poked.

The front springs stay captive and I'm sure they are cut stocks so I'm assuming those shocks are poked too. :(

Sorry to say it but IMO it looked better without the granny visor. Though the Kamei lip is an epic win!

 

BTW where/who did you get your DX taillights from? They are awesome.

Yeah it works better with a flat front but it really is practical in summer.

Needs moar flat front to make the visors work.

So the front suspension is totally screwed. I couldnt really tell as the rear was just as bad.

But now I have my good gear in the rear the front feels like a wet sponge.

Brakes are OK, but I'm sure the strut inserts are useless.

 

Got some good front suss/brakes gear you wanna swap for a green ke70?
