altezzaclub
They just never made any good ones for the Mk 1. The MK 2 looks great with some of those kits. The squarish flares from the Datsun Stanza rally cars to suit the wedge look or round ones with flat sides like the MK2 Escort raly cars? B.L.Z.BUB
I'm just thinking plain old boring normal ones.
rian
Looks epic except for those XXR lady finger banana spokes
B.L.Z.BUB
Yeah I'd wanna keep mine similarly clean looking, paint the new lip the same as the car. Been offered these as a trade but they are only 15x7.5 +15, which will sit about the same as the wheels on it +/- a few mm. Similar size on the front of this Edited May 4, 2015 by B.L.Z.BUB
rian
They are dope, get those! Just run some spacers.

LittleRedSpirit
ʞ©$ɟ spacers, don't spoil the fact that the aw11 seems to have the balljoint in a more central location that gives more precise steering. I like your flare idea man, but I'm with Dave on the lip. Its a bit rounded off, its gotta be pointy like a little great white. Might have some kamei love for it if you bring it over we can test a couple of those on it. Edited May 4, 2015 by LittleRedSpirit

Sznaps
looks great but at the same time it pains me that you would cut and put holes in fenders to install these flares
B.L.Z.BUB
Maybe rolled guards. Took the twinky wheel out, was too big for the steering. Went back to the smaller cheapie 'drift' wheel, feels way better. Might keep an eye out for a nice aftermarket wheel now, or try swap the twinky for one.
