  1. sorry for the delay my website is here: s-86.com
  2. Stixy: do you have a budget and how much work can you do yourself?
  3. well said, PM me for any help
  4. I tottaly agree with everything here. I hear people talk about the poor bottom end of a 20V and I ask compared to what!? Have a look at the dyno graph of my engine, ignore the total power figure its pretty irrelevant, instead look at how flat and predictable the torque curve is. This engine is really easy to drive with and I havent found a hill yet I can't sit on 3000RPM to go up. The red line is with VVT in reverse (ie: think not working)
  5. sure thing, let us know if you need any help or have any issues
  6. yeah I thought it was the same Luke, I just got confused when you said you where going for a Yager kit
  7. I also have RWD cooling parts if you want something, probably for a fraction of the price too
  8. engine bay pic needed

    Cams

if you don't mind me asking how the hell did you eeeer wreck the cams
  10. a lot of new parts on this car, so it it true that the rear quarters are as hard to change as they say? whats your location James? obviously not australia
  11. I also know a little the main conversion parts I can't help you with but I do sell RWD cooling system parts
  12. the low cost of the conversion is the only thing I can think of as being redeaming in this conversion idea. I think no pinto engine would ever live up to a smallport 4age
  13. depends on how much power your after and the work your prepared to do, whats your location?
  14. any updates?
  15. mystic is on the money I think, if you are carefull it can be done, if your really keen you could put some aftermarket or 4agze pistons in there. So how did you lower the back end? with lowering blocks? I want to do up my wagon in due time with some light mods and while it will be lowered sadly it wont be quite as low as yours. You will sure get some looks driving this around. I like wagons but I hate your firewall bash and the external cooling pipes. Whats your plans for filtration? socks? you may get a few more kw but running some different trumpets even at the same length but what you have will will just fine too. Oh and any plans for the diff? I kept on breaking mine in my old corolla wagon. "havent started on the exterior"?? looks finished? what do you have in mind?
  16. I had a friend do that for me, hes no longer around and I didnt have to pay for it. I still have the pulley somewhere I think but I havent seen it in a long time.
  17. I had an extra slot put into my cam drive gear on the head to advance the cam 5 degrees, gave a good power increase between 3,000 and 4,000RPM. When your ready for your 20v conversion let us know as I sell the RWD cooling system parts
  18. same weight? not even close
  19. my friend might be able to fit 2 to 3 in his factory, let me know if your interested
  20. just so we know where we are at do you have a welding ability Corey? also this thing would be stripped bare on the inside right?
  21. wow just when I thought I had heard everything in this forum, Dave I will ask a friend who might be able to help you out
  22. do you have conform to the club rules? you could strip the dash right out and recess the firewall box style, this would mean you could shift a motor back atleast 200mm further than what you normally would be able to
  23. if its not the heater core then maybe a rust pin hole near the windscreen or something?
  24. looks decent enough, you need to lower it asap though!
  25. shit once again I didnt get notified of a reply so sorry for the wait that dizzy relocation kit was for a 20v, it just needs to be tested but I am over head right now with crap
