Okay, thanks. Yes I've removed the plastic panels, one of which has cracked due to the shifting shape of the dash. I tried removing the speedo face but can't figure out how it comes out. I guess I'm too afraid to break it as I'm not sure if I'd be able to find replacement parts.

So are ya painting the bay while its out?? Dam just from those pics it looks hot!!

Hey guys, well I got my brand new xE2x dash-top yesterday in the mail. So today I went over to my sisters today where Tabitha is stored to change it over and had abit of trouble. I've detached all the screws on the lower end of the dash but can't seem to reach the top end. All I can think of is that I need to remove the plate under the windshield that overlaps over the dash, then unscrew the topside of the dash. Has anyone done this?? Am I close?? If so I'll have to remove the windshield as I can't reach the screws. Any help is appreciated. J.

I do like. I plan on doing something similar to my KE30 and KE36. The 30 will have the current wheels with redwalls and venetian while my 36 will have the original wheels, dress rims, hubcaps, Venetians and whitewalls.

I once had info of where to buy the panels here in Brisbane. I can't remember where I put it but they get their panels from Melbourne.

Don't let it get you down. Think of the end result. No rush, when you finish it, you finish it. You have come an extremely long way, just look back over the pics from the beginning to now. She has evolved into one mean machine. Just remember if you rush it, there is always the possibility you wont do something right or the quality wont be as good. You'll get there. J.

They are the same mirrors that are on your TE51

Ours only came with a manual from what I know. Are there many KE30/TE31's in your country?? If so can you find me some drivers side mirrors?? :cool:

Its mainly the Samoans. I fear for my life tonight as after midnight I feel their whole church will be coming in ordering the usual Ponders with mayo. I tried to take a photo about a month ago with one sitting on a stool. From my angle it looked like her ass had swallowed it.

Oh, and that same arvo before the spew and shit in the female loo, there was shit splattered all over the mens and some teenage girls had a nappy fight in the disabled loo.

Okay, some more randomness from Jon. :cool: **NOTE** I've tried to clean this up. So almost everyone by now knows that I work for Maccas. The store I work for is named "Goodna". The word Goodna is aboriginal for shit. The local area is inhabited by Somoans. Not even Aboriginals want to live their anymore. Now my store is the busiest in Qld and this is what we have to put up with. Location: Female Toilets I think she was standing up when she did this as the shit hit the walls. Same day, a male customer decided to throw up in the rock garden in the enclosed outdoor cafe area. On a lighter note, after my shift yesterday morning, I was doing my cash and this is the amount of $50 notes that I had to bank. It totalled $5,600.00 and I couldn't find it in me to bank it. So I walked around the store for an extra half hour holding it, hugging it and not wanting to let go. And lastly, on a totally different subject, often on rollaclub we hear about guys approaching old Corolla owners and asking/hounding them to sell. I had a knock on the door the other day and found an old man, most likely in his 60's-70's, asking me about my KE30. He wanted to have a look at it, inside it and then wanted to buy it. lOl I said no for now. 8/ That's it. You can go back to reading more interesting stuff.
