  1. 1977 Holden HZ Kingswood :) She's in the for sales threads.
  2. Nah bro, need a 7k and a diff with no axels, that'd do it! Maybe another day or 2 as well!
  3. Stu: Lol, was nice meeting you too man. Thanks for all the advice and what not. Taz: I got no clue how to make a cas lol Ev: Got a 4k? Got a boot? Got 4 days? You got leaf resets ;) Cheers, Jake.
  4. Hit up Bunnings man, you only need a small piece of plywood for the spare wheel cover and the sides. After that get a large piece of carpet, or whatever material you like, and cut it up too suit. Doesn't have to be perfect unless you're making it a show car :P Alternatively seek here for moulded carpet that should fit, not cheap though: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/MOULDED-BOOT-CARPET-FIT-TOYOTA-COROLLA-KE-30-35-55-/110387273741?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item19b398200d Hope this helps, Jake.
  5. Yeah man, I'm a Liquor Manager for Woolworth's :P There's a lot of alcohol related items in those photos, I didn't want to bring it to the public's attention making me look like an alco lol
  6. Thanks man! I got bored and got creative, I was sick of the 32 odd year old stock speakers. They worked, but not as well as I like. So what I did is remove the original 6" speakers from there "mounts" per say and attached my old Alpine 6" from the Holden HZ which is in the sale threads. At first given the size difference in speakers I thought it WOULD NOT fit, however I was wrong, they fit perfectly. You wouldn't even know there were Alpines there :P Now all I need is a new head unit as my mate blew up my old one :P Cheers, Jake.
  7. So I pretty much finished my 7k EFI manifold polish up, it's not a mirror finish and certainly not the easiest thing I've done, took a lot of time and effort. I'm somewhat happy with the result :) I'm also tempted to chuck it on my 4k for some fun till I have the funds to get my 5k engine rebuild started. Good idea? Bad idea? Input please :D Here are the pics.
  8. Nah, pretty sure it's controlled by boost. Not 100% certain though, I'm gonna message the guy who made it with some questions. Judging by him using a bike pump to make it open, I'd say it was from boost. Cheers, Jake.
  9. Hit 170,000KMS on friday, felt it was worth mentioning :P
  10. More pics, couldn't fit them all on the first post.
  11. *Bump* Pics added. If you require anymore detailed pics let me know. Cheers, Jake.
  12. Only went there on recommendation from a mate who knows his stuff. However, I was disappointed in the end result and WILL NOT be returning for any work what so ever.
  13. I had some rust done by a shop in Sunshine, recommended by a friend. Claimed they did amazing work. Place was called "Complete Collision Care" a panel beater who did this and that with different things. I took my KE55 Coupe in asked for the rust to be removed. At first it appeared to be an amazing job, as time passed, I noticed bits and pieces that were poorly done. I would not recommend you go to them :) Ewt, a member on here, has recommended a place called "Avondale (Not sure on spelling) Panel Repairs" or something like that. Cheers, Jake.
  14. HEY! Western Suburbs ain't that bad! Alright it's not great lol!
  15. Spotted an great looking KE26 Wagon on the Western Freeway today, was Yellowish in colour. I was told it might be someone on here.
  16. Wow, f@$k that! I'd shit myself if I actually ran out of fuel ON the bridge itself :P All good man and thanks! :) Good to have some support. Cheers, Jake.
  17. It's a "lowering block" ;P
  18. Now find me some MA61 seats :)
  19. Tell me about it, the amount of times I drove my VT SS with 0 KM to go and made it to a servo lol.
  20. Ran out of fuel tonight... DEFINATELY need to readjust the sender unit lol. I must admit it's a first for me, can honestly say I had never run out of petrol EVER! Cheers, Jake.
  21. I highly doubt it's reconditionable it's been left out in the weather for 2 years, pretty much bare. I'd just toss it.
  22. My motor is stuffed, box comes with it, cost me 650 I think. I doubt it ran more then 1000kms. Cheers, Jake.
  23. Haha, sounds mad. Not too many other members are in my area. Cheers, Jake.
