  1. The added bonus of getting a trimer to do it is they can organise the windows to be re-fitted after the job is done, well, thats what we do anyway. So its a nice drive in drive out situation. Jarrad.
  2. Arent clubs supposed to get a pat on the back for doing the right thing? Not a kick in the pants?
  3. Sounds good Muller, would be a great day/weekend I think. Would make for a nice drive to. My only worry is police presence on the weekend... you know how loud/low my my car is, I'm sure others are in the same boat. What are others thoughts?
  4. Hey sorry, it was the porche's, I was half asleep thismorning! I was going to post some pics but it looks as if Ash has it sorted! Muler, MRMPARMAN's rolla makes a good downhill racecar (as we later found out, shame you missed it) but he didnt like having to stop at the bottom! Will have to start organising the next BBQ etc. Thanks again to all who attended.
  5. Thanks to all who made it, was a shame some people didnt turn up but it sure didnt dampen the spirits for the day (although some rain tried!). I am going to try and find out how the driver of the BMW is after the (BIG) accident, will let you know. Jarrad.
  6. I'm a trimmer... but I'm no help to you as I'm in Melb! Go and see a local trimmer, you can't beat it. You will get a far better job than at home on the janome! (no offence counc) You will pay more than a spotlight job but you WILL notice the difference. J.
  7. All good, thanks for letting us know. Hopefully the BBQ's will become something of a regular get together in VIC, a way to gain some more interest with other Vic members. Will see all that can make it in the morning, I'm looking forward to meeting some more members and havin a yack. Jarrad.
  8. Will do, a trip down there would make a good run.
  9. I love the fact that your neighbors in the vid don't even seem to care.... Thumbs up from me! Thats the type of project I have sidelined for the years ahead, nice work.
  10. I agree with NICK, might be time to take it to a pannel shop and hit the car-o-liner...
  11. Is there any video footage of this floating around? Would love to see it happen...
  12. BBQ_Rolla, the police are pretty good. Its the usual thing, don't be a dickhead and you wont get burnt. My Rolla is about that low as well, so I feel I must include a SPEEDHUMP WARNING! My car JUST scrapes in Brimbank park, so hopefully this wont be too much of a problem!
  13. Hmm, thanks everyone... I suppose the splash guard can go. I was just interested in what others had done and if they had kept them. Looks like I can throw my wheels on again! Thanks, J.
  14. Nick: TheNOBBLER, J. Real name: Jarrad. Car: '82 TwinCam Hatch, in need or a tidy up, but its a mad daily!
  15. Just wondering if anyone has rolled the inner lip of there 82 or similar front guards? I have recently dropped the car and would like to keep my 16's, but as it stands the front scrubs like no tomorrow. I have rolled the rear guards, that was no problem, but the front has the plastic splash guard in place and it bolts to the inner lip. That is where it is scrubbing. Any help is appreciated. Cheers, J.
  16. This is heaps better! MRMOPARMAN, drinks would be greatly appreciated. If all of you could make it we will end up with a very good day on our hands... Muller, Corey is a wild one.... so Syrup on Bacon should be no suprise! I'm also wondering where he found the combo though!
  17. Well let us know Clown, were struggling at the moment!
  18. Congrats Colin... Keep up the good work, we need more Vic members!
  19. You bring the Syrup Corey and I will give it a shot!
  20. Hey Corey... we wont hate you for owning the Corsa... but we will love you when you sell it! Welcome to the Club anyway mate... bout time you signed up! J.
