Hey mate your car looks so much like mine when I got it a few months ago Also I think it's the alternator in these things that make the lights do it I have see. Threads on people upgrading the internals in them so the charge at 80amps also there is info to upgrade the wiring so the power is better to the head lights Have a bit of a search around there's lots of little tricks people on here have done Cheers miller

If you want it to handle way better upgrade your sway bar I have choppies in my ke70 ATM and a 19mm rear sway bar and it handles crazy better I can sell you a rear sway bar kit like mine for $100 and all u need to do is bolt it straight in

I got my elecdizzy for $150 with a coil and all the leads you just have to keep your eyes open and see what comes up

Electronic dizzy and new coil is suprising much more response and runs much nicer and acceleration is smoother Also give it a good service clean the plugs up look over the leads and I got told today to block off the exhaust to intake pipe as it reduces power under acceleration but I don't know how true it is but I'm going to give it a shot

Since fitting and then making new mounts and then remaking them to suit the car better I have thought would people be interested in buys a complete kit pre made ready to just bolt on the backside of your ke70/ae71 rolla ready for some track work or just to stiffen it up on your way to work Kit would include . Custom made brackets . 19mm sway bar . Link pins . Lil update guys I just bought a vr rear sway bar $25 Thought I would put it into the rear end of me e7 Turns out it fits in with minor mods Don't know if many other people have done this Before but it realy stiffens the back end right up It is a great mod if people want to know how it was done I might throw up a tech thread on how to do it

Hey mate if i was you I would use wax aswell you can never have to many release agents I used to make dashes and other conversion parts for hummers out of fibre glass and I always used wax and a PVC spray it just insures it will release with minimal effort

Yes that's the good thing about these engines they have no dizzy only a crank angle sensor and 4 could one for each cylinder so easy upgrade to ls1 coil packs for big spark and what not Also remember reading somewhere that the 2ltr Hyundai intake bolts up but don't remember where I seen this but would be interesting to see if there was any improvement in doing this

What's the one on the coil do? I just changed to a elec 5kc dizzy n couldn't work out what it was there for?
