Walked out to the car this morning to find the drivers door unlocked and slightly ajar, I look inside to see the glovebox and cubby hole opened up, had a look through the car and nothing is gone: Cd's in the cubby hole. Cd wallet in glovebox. $700 09 pioneer headunit. Walk to my mums car and the passenger door is slightly ajar aswell, have a quick search and all that is missing is $2.40. Now the thing I don't understand is that they are obviously kids wanting a few $$$ but the cars were opened up with no damage at all as if they had a key to get in and if they had a brain then they would of taken the headunit and the cd's but thankfully they didn't.

If the engine runs great and doesn't blow smoke then just adjust the tappet clearances, what oil are you using in it at the moment? Is the gearbox notchy to get into 1st when you are stationary? The K50 is not rare and neither is the T50 for that matter, the fact that people want a million dollars for a T50 is what is making them hard to get. Engine I would just use Penrite HPR30 and the box will take Gear oil 80.

No one else understood... BTW, AMA bike 1/4 mile calculator reckons that my bike will do a 13.1 but with all the variables I still say 14.

Considering my bike is a 20 year old 250 that would be flat out doing a 14 second 1/4 mile, I think my argument was valid as it is only something I say to shut people up.

You say new battery but make sure it is putting out near 12 volts while cranking and also check the plugs. Where is the car located?

If you have spark and power to the injectors then you can rule out the CAS. Did he double check the injector resistance with a multimeter. Give the intake a quick spray with carby clean, if it fires then you know it is a fuel delivery issue.
