Hell yeah, I can actually rev it past 2000rpm, The day that Nick (wink), Jip And Slim were here i reckon it would of been revving at atleast 5500rpm but it was getting a bit unbearable with no exhaust.

Just give it the old drive in figure 8's for 20 mins like you have to with a KAAZ centre.

The engine conversion looks very tidy up close and personal almost to the point that it is meant to be there from factory and the v belt system that Travis made for it is a real treat.

Sounds alot more like a vacuum leak, Check out the vacuum hoses, When you have the car stationary in park/neutral and pump the brakes does it idle up? -

I finally got around to putting the T50 yoke onto the 1 piece tailshaft that was behind the K50 and installed it today: I also grabbed a speedo drive 45 degree adapter out of the bosses ADM AE86 half cut so i could run my speedo cable nicely: I am hoping to take it up to work in the next 2 weeks so i can put it on the hoist and finish the fuel system and front wiring as I'm going to try to get it up to strathpine on october 5 :)

As Red has already said the 40's are fine but its the jet size and venturies that matter. -
The only problem with heating it up is you can put hot spots in the window and it can shatter, Also the tint can become more adhesive as it shrinks.
