  1. Done Well kinda. Just have to give them coat of fibreglass and paint them - at the moment i'm not going to carpet them or some other material, just a couple of layers of paint. And then i can move onto the next job.
  2. Would 50 cover it ?
  3. Hi, I'm just inquiring to how much the postage to Toowoomba 4350 would be for the ke10 ? Cheers Rob
  4. Talk about overrated condition for a driftpig
  5. Shot Nerfbat a PM, he saw it on friday.
  6. TA22 or RA23 for the hydraulic clutch (master cylinder). Right next to where the clutch cable goes through the firewall is two bolts, the master cylinder bolts to it. You'll just have to drill a large diameter hole for the rod to go through. And just modify the clutch pedal. Or see if you can hunt up the pedal box from a TE3x or TE5x.
  7. Deep fried sheep balls
  8. Use to think the same till i started doing some research. The base model 2012 4wd Triton starts around 45g's and thats a 4 speed auto. If you want the 5 speed sports auto its 52grand If you don't want the Ssanyong. Ford Ranger 2.2Lt turbo diesel 4x4 6 speed sports auto can be had for around 45g's And its more capable then the Triton.
  9. Ssangyong. Sadly their service department leaves a lot to be desired.
  10. :rolls: If only. General shut box maybe, but no where close to being a vehicle with bits from other things thrown at it just to get it on the road.
  11. Personally i think the amarok is highway robbery. The base model starts from about 30g's, thats a 2wd 6 speed manual 2Lt turbo petrol. The 4wd models starts from 42g. Whereas if you look left field 38g's will get you a top of the line dual cab, part time 4wd, 6 speed sports auto, 2Lt turbo diesel. And no its not a GW, the only auto they come out with is a 5 speed in the x200 and its full time 4wd not part time.
  12. Yep been a right royal slacker with the updates. Been getting carried away with working on the front speaker pods of late and forgetting to take photos of the work. What the lefthand pod looks like And since i forgot a before shot. This is what the righthand pod looked like. After a bit of shaping with a handsaw and a hacksaw blade. And where i'm at now is working on the body filler.
  13. Maybe 5 ? But i'd say it'll depend on its condition, whats been done to it and if your willing to pay that much. When you get down and think about it, for 6 grand your getting into the territory of later model vehicles with possibly lower kays and easier to find parts.
  14. Peanuts and Mangos
  15. You'd want to be careful with that, because since your not sticking with OHS if something goes wrong the company isn't liable Question - $100 American or $100 New Zealand ? No no no, going by how ke70's and ke30's have tripled in price it'd have to mean the ae82's would have tripled in price as well. Make it 12g's for the '82
  16. Tell 'em their dreamin.... Damn fools
  17. Struts are different - but - if the bearing plates (top hats) are swapped over the ke70 struts are a bolt in fit. KE70 lower arms are shorter. Not sure with the castor arms. Ball joints are the same. Bushings for the lower arms are the same. Can't think of the other stuff - its food time....... :P
  18. Pull the lead off the spark plug on the offending cylinder where you think the knock is coming from. (Since it sounds like the knock is at the back of the motor, pull the lead from the number four spark plug.) Start the motor and if the knock has disappeared there's a good chance it'll be the bigend bearing for that cylinder. But that's only if the knock sounds like its coming from within the motor. If its at the top, which does sound more plausible cause of how you was saying about the rocker cover. It'll be a lose tappet.
  19. I've been finding left foot braking is useful for the retards that like to tailgate. They seem to get the message a lot quicker
  20. lol, you should be kinda that you also didn't pick for green gold and shove a digit up your date like my brother did when he was about 6. And 30 years later we still have a dig at him about it "Argh, it burns IT BURNS....."
