nah i'm gonna leave it a week or so then get my mate who found the corona to give him a ring, i hope i can get it, its lowered with mags etc, it looks the same as my dads old ke15-17 sprinter, colour etc, he threw it to the tip 20 yrs ago, then thought he'd go back and get it, went back a hour later and someone had taken it haha, would be funny if it was the same one...

really like this thing, should be a little beast with that motor setup, i had bike carbs on my rt80 corona and it worked pretty good, but i didn't set it up very good and the carbs were pretty small, i'm gonna re-do my setup with some gsx 750 carbs, and they are cheaper than webers etc.... :y:

its a ke15 or 17 sprinter, lil bit ruff but not to bad, apparently his son wants to do it up but hes a really rich guy and it wont happen, the old guy said if he hasn't got it out of the in a few weeks he might sell it so i might get it :y:

yeah mine is pretty body rolly too haha, i think the front end must be up the shit coz iv'e had 14x6, 15x7 and 16x7 mags on it, all have done the same thing, but i'm just gonna put the whole front end out of the one i picked up yesterday and see how it goes, it also has a bit bigger tunnel and a different box, if it fits in my tunnel i'll put it in too, its more like a corolla 4 speed

hey guys, picking up another corona today, its a 1973 model, hopefully its got disc front brakes, its manual, black interior etc, should be a good spare car, or i might do something with it depending on how good the body is.... got it for $250 :y: cheers

Thanks mate, i enjoy doing it myself, it's coming along alright so far, just coming up with the money to buy the crap i need is a pain but it's getting there, can't wait to get in saloon cars, hopefully it goes ok haha :y: -

hello, i removed the handbrake yesterday, and i painted the rest of the skirts satin black, also stole the rear shocks out of my vn i got for the gearbox, now the springs can't fall out and its so much stiffer now, they are gabrial red riders or something like that haha the old shocks are completely stuffed haha, just gotta change the oil and filter then she's ready to go, went to the v8 supercars at winton on saturday for the first time, was so awesome but got pretty burn't :bright: haha few pics haha under 2 weeks now :D

hey mate, cheers, yeah the saloon cars run 1 particular one, so i'm just leaving it for now, might put the standard cold air intake back on for some more air though :y:
