just need to finish them with a longer die grinder bit and do further down the ports ended up painting the whole tops black, the letters were not sharp enough to sand nicely, still look good though been playing with dads hj gts semi mock up, has a 350 chev 010 block, double hump fuely heads, cam that makes power from 4000rpm to 7800rpm haha, air gap minifold, engine was a stockish 350 when we pulled it out of a panny a few years ago, and the hj was a brown prem, has cost about $2500 how it is now, can't wait to get it out and do a few skids :P

pretty good results mate, good to see you giving it a go, need to update this thread when i get a chance, will get there over the next week haha -
would say the others would be the same too as i put my ke35 one in my ke70 when it blew and it fitted, hopefully you can find something cheap
-
i reckon it will take it for a while haha, spew, if you where in vic i could have helped you out with a rad, corolla one might fit, i can have a look at one of my corolla radiators to see if they will fit one, atleast it would be easier to get a corolla one :y:

oh my god haha, so awesome, you gotta put vids up of this, i need to see it haha, iv'e thought about doing this or supercharging one a few times but probs would never happen, will be interesting to see how she handles it haha, what size turbo is it? :y:

pretty sure this is the same as mine, http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/freeling/engine-engine-parts-transmission/celica-5-speed-gearbox/1040444250 on ebay they are stupid prices, there was a unknown condition one for $500, this one says it was good when it came out of the car for $300, maybe looking around on forums and stuff might find a cheaper one!

How To Fit A Celica Diff To A Ke70
glenpos replied to altezzaclub's topic in KE70 Technical Articles
nice write up mate, i use a simular method to get diff oil in, but instead of a funnel i use the 1Ltr squeeze bottles with the nozzle that pulls out the end, they fit inside a garden hose, and you can squeeze the oil in faster, you just have to unscrew the lid every now and then to get some air back in the bottle haha. Nice work mate :y: -
haha mines quiet a bit louder than standard, but before it was rediculous haha, could hear me across the town, which isn't good when you wanna get a little naughty in the wet or up some "unsealed roads" if you know what i mean haha, so much nicer to drive now
-
yeah thats it, i think it could look ok with the flares and a bit a kit, but its just too extreme looking and I'm not a fan of the colour, thats just me though, don't really like the interior, its pretty orange (you got to pimp my riiiiiiide, dayum right) in x to the z mgkkodjgjei xzibit's voice. ahaha :no2: :bash:
-
i had put a vid up of this powerskidding somewhere, i like it, but at the same time its horrible haha, don't like the orange interior or the body kit haha, thats just me though, nice to see on with a big motor in it though!!
