I'm not doing this conversion anymore, i will either be doing a 4agte into ke70/ae71 or buying an FC3S RX7. good luck with it tho it will go off cheers Brendan

"1GGTELOLA" on these forums has a ke30 sedan with one in it. there are probly better motors for the 70 but i don't see why this would be a bad option, not too heavy and would make reasonable power, definatly better than the 4k lol

to give u an idea of the ported inlet size, here is the manifold gasket that came off it... next to a stock 3k one, i have another one coming so i can put it back together

yep they are but the strut tops have been played around with, i dunno about the inserts, id have to look back thru the history to see if they were for another model and customised or what....

lol cheers man, they are ke25 levin copies (fibreglass) dunno where u could find some....? no, the engine mounts were played around with to get it to sit up straight i bought it like it, helps the webers breath. of course this makes the gearbox up on its side, it has a custom gearbox crossmember to accomodate this and also the gearstick is bent back towards passenger seat on almost a 45 degree angle to make it normal

want to sell: 2x ke10 4 speed boxes, $50 each, or $80 for both A T18 grill and headlights $30 (1 light blown, i got defected for it lol)

my 3k tops at 10000, i set limiter to 9000 but rarely rev it past 7800 or so as it does more bad than good. i be lucky to drive it once a month on the street tho its not very streetable, too hardcore lol cheers

this is quite interesting, i own a ke10 race car with a big horsepower 3k, twin 45 webers, dry sump set up and the cylinder head was built by brian sampson.. nice pics, love the flares on the red one lol

3TC extractors, I'm after some

Side draught webers shit all over down draught, having 1 or 2 side draughts on a k motor with the slant they are on wont bring the best out of the carby as they are pointing down into the extractors etc... This is why my 3 k is mounted straight which makes the gearbox on a big angle, it has a custom shifter and crossmember other wise the gear knob will be like under your left knee lol cheers Brendan

alright rolla enthusiasts, i have been working on my ke10 most of the day putting the new gearbox in as i blew 2nd gear in the last one.. here are a couple of pics, i have the gearbox in, tailshaft back in all bolted up but not the intake manifold and extractors as I'm waiting on a replacement gasket... had to take these off to get to one of the bellhousing bolts and the starter motor bolts... :) here is the abused and broken ke30 4 speed that came out :y:
