big update guys, cars in the shed waiting on a good day for engine bay paint. got a new goodie to bolt up to him aswell. also got a monaro bonnet, hehehe and waiting on some cash for my rebuild kit! pics

EOI Toyota Cressida, 1978 near perfect original condition, minus the lowerd suspension (can fix for buyer) owes me $2000 and i need to pay my loan so if i could get that it would be great. drives beautiful. one paint blemish, engine bay is the neatest of any car i have seen almost not a mark, inspection on apointmet :y:

trying to con lloyd into trying on of his vip 18" wheels on this, no pics of the inside just yet as its as dirty as a $2 hooker

yeah mate still have the cressy, i want to MTEU? turbo it, I'm pretty sure the set up will bolt onto the engine, should be able to get the parts reall cheap aswell, just in the future, no real date set on finishing it, just doing it as i can, Dads pretty keen on getting it going so he is helping me abit

not much two update just painted the stock o's, cut a coil from the ass and thats it

ok then guys time for some info! engine is pulled down waiting on being dipped painted bored and re assembled, turbo and manifold have been painted and cured. engine is out and front end is bare, undercoated and rubbing it back as we speak, got one brake caliper (big one in pic) has been decreased and two be painted and rebuilt. dads talking about doing a rack and pinion conversion, i have some thoughts on that but i will start a new thread to discuss. so simon I'm alive and i have a missus :) brought her around to meet you but didn't wait around long enough haha

engine is apart to be rebuilt, and the front pannels are off, i could possibly get it back together for the shoot, panel wise but its no oil painting

the superchaep broadband add, i thinks its a dodo one? darn thats gay. also in tassie we have a bargain/rip off store called Chicken Feed, there add's are louder and very annoying, if you go to sleep with the telly on it wakes you up lol

haha launceston is about home of the key banger a little story in an old t18, driving home from school , coming down the street and let a key banger off, saw a mate driving the other way so spun the car around, meanwhile 2 young kids 9-10? were walking home and herd the bangs and seen us turn around, they ran into there front yard and hid behind the fence, unintentionally our mates pulled up out the front of this house, we waited for a couple of minutes in the car and these kids were both peaking around the side of the fence to see what we were doing,. also hundreds of times in town setting car and shop alarms off, we had a school fair on Friday night, my car happened to be sitting in the front row, so while me and the missus were sharing the special moment, i was letting of mad key bangers, great fun

G'day my mates car is fitter with an external waist gate, it had a 16 psi spring, but unfortunately rb30e's don't like 16 psi with a stock computer, so he has brought a 6.6? psi spring and we fitted it, it was a fraction smaller in diameter and about 2cm shorter but still well captive when fitted, our problem is we have fitted it but its venting to atmosphere on idle, its not making boost according to the gauge but flutters when you back off we are planing on taking it off and checking every thing tomorrow night but can any one give us any pointers? thanks casey
