that sucks man, i blew my ke30 tailshaft in salisbury in front of a mates one time ages back,(i live 30 mins away) lucky for me he had a spare one...or so we thought, the one he had was for a ke55 and had a different flange for the diff, so we knocked out the unijoints and attatched the ke30 tailshafts flange, the unijoint was smaller so it was hell loose, so we welded the caps on to keep the joint in place drove home at like 25k's an hour with many many noises, but it worked lol. ps, how did yours fall out? did one of the unijoints break? were you going fast? if the front unijoint broke like on mine and you were going fast that could end seriously badly, could dig into the ground and basically push the diff out of the back of your car, or flip the car depending, so glad i was only doing like 5k's an hour when mine broke

you do not need a 3k BP head, they will both raise the compression the same amount, id say it wont make any difference at all except for raiseing the compression(unless its a BP one,) and I'm fairly sure you can just slap it on, wait for an answer to that one from someone who has done it before tho

yeah changing the diff wil make a diference beter off getin a 5spd tho autos 4.1 and manual 3.9 my ke30 has a 4spd and a 4.1 and its lame for anything above 60 thats not spirited

twin charging, supercharged and turbocharged all forged internals, completly balances and blueprinted and some amazing drivetrain bits and then you'l be laughing.........at yourself because you could get the same power out of a dirty nissan motor for alot less money nah jk, depending on how much money you want to spend thers a fews things you can do, 3k head on a 4k will give you abit of extra power, as will getting your cam reground geting and exhaust and wber or modifying the snadard carby, everything depends on your budget and what you can do yourself

6.5 and 4.5 is fairly stiff for something as little and light as a ke20, that would be like haveing 8's and 6's in a ke70 even about 5's and 3.75's would be good, what do you actually want to use the car for?
