  1. thats what i was thinking, but i spose with a relatively stock motor you wouldnt be able to do too much damage...with boost however
  2. or this? (click it to see it bigger)
  3. get the lead comeing form the coil and unplug it from the dizzy, hold the end close to the body of the car while someone tries to start the car, as the engine turns over the lead should spark to the body of the car if there is no spark then uve got a problem there.
  4. it sure does, i drive a sirion for work, pizza deliveries, its sooo shit,
  5. the sc in mulotix foto's that isnt an sc12 is it? it looks much to small? and ryan, I'm keen on a pulley if you can do one/get one? yeah the circumference of the crank pulley will have to be 79% of that of the SC pulley, for 7psi at like 2000rpm or 5000 the calculations are the same, where do you plan to get your pulley?

  18. Small update, got the old motor out, the new motor will go in once i get a new clutch for it i can get an exedy heavy duty for abit less than 160 is that about average or is that good? once the new motor is in i will get it running standard, then get it running with the weber and different fuel pump setup, then its time to mount the sc
  19. i am also keen on a white sticker
  20. could you forward that to me too mate! [email protected] cheers ALex and the drivers side white plug yellow and greenw ire, i think that goes to the front of the motor, near the thermostat
  21. just did this like literally just now, only just got out of the shower after washing off the grease lol not that hard with a mate to help gotta undo everything engine mounts, shifter, tailshaft, all wires, rad hoses and stuff, good idea to have the radiator out of the car if its not to much hassle, make sure you drain the gearbox oil first else as soon as you tilt the engine/box it will all pour out the tailshaft end aceelerator cable, clutch cable, choke cable, wire to coil, lead to coil, wires to oil pump and thermostat, 2 wires to starter, big thick wire near the alternater, earth wires on engine and gearbox, reverse lights plug at top of gearbox. get engine crane over it, make sure its attacted well at the front with a short chain/rope then to the baqck of the motor with a chain/rope that has a slight bit of slack so it tilts the gearbox down, last thing to undo is gearbox mount, then it wil tilt down and should stop beofr hitting the ground because the slack to the back of the motor wil be take up then jack up, pull out, jack up more, pull out more not to hard , a days work by yourself, a couple hours with a mate,
  22. say if i got a carter green, what fuel pressure reg would you recomend?
  23. yeah, even small ones can blow your muffler and ryan, welcome to the club I'm the leader, lol we'll terrorise some kids soon, lol i could do them bfor that hole was ther, lol
  24. the thing is, k motors have the cam in the block this motor is double OVERHEAD cam so can't be a k motor may have alot of similarities to one but yeah
