I did one last week and it wasn't too bad at all...
Remove the air intake hose, battery, starter motor, all wiring to the gearbox, undo the gear linkage cables and speedo cable, remove the bolts holding the thermostat housing to the gearbox and the two upper bellhousing bolts...
Jack the car up, drain out the gearbox oil, remove the driveshafts, lower crossmember and front and rear engine mounts with it... Also remove the plate covering the flywheel...
Using a jack to support the sump, remove the passenger gearbox mount, lower the jack so the engine is on an angle, while supporting the gearbox, remove the final bellhousing bolts and lift the gearbox out...
Remove clutch and flywheel assy, replace rear main oil seal, machine flywheel, install new clutch making sure it's in the centre (using your eye sight or a tool)... Clean out clutch dust from gearbox bellhousing and replace thrust bearing...
Then put it all back together
I think thats about it, could possibly be more but you'll work it out along the way... Really not a difficult job, you, some mates and some beer and a Saturday :P
