I'd love to do the run in a 4agze ae71, but i spose i'll settle for the mr2 or Cressida. Guess it'll depend on the weather and passengers as to what car i bring.

You guys running little 2 ways? Used to take them on cruises all the time, so handy for talking between cars.

I used to drive the MR2 through Knox and down chaple street every now and then and i used to get waved through defect stations. :dance: Should have taken the car straight down to cop shop showing them the papers and the steering wheel and they remove it. Still 12 months.

I remember doing one with MCCR yearrrrrrrs ago. That resulted in one of the admins getting drunk on a deckchair on top of a picnic table, with other guys setting off fireworks and everyone almost getting kicked out of the cabins. Looking forward to this run, everytime a meet comes up i bloody miss it!

Thats a scoop, can only be a certain height and angle to make it legal. Funnily enough though, in vic you can drive without a bonnet, as long as theres no shape objects and moving parts covered :lol:

next door neighbor lost his license 3 times 6-12 months. Got done racing, then got done for loss of points, then after 12 hours of getting it back from loosing due to points, he got done doing doughnuts at the front of a club! A mates brother has lost his license a total of 5 times.

possibly, was 9:45am on a sat morning. I work the same shift each week, and its rained before. Thats what kinda put me off, and the fact that i was goin really slow.

I was driving like a grandpa (oh the irony) in the cressida on the way to work yesterday morning. It was pissing down rain, entered a round a bout slow, then all of a sudden the ass starts coming around, counter steer....... sliding, stopped with my passanger headlight right next to a sign. Must have been oil or something on the road for me to slide like that. Was weird though, i go through that round-a-bout all the time, and usually twice the speed i was traveling, and nothing any other day.
