Seen a white ke55 on Wecker Road, had a KoRn stick on the back of the window? Seen an unhappy KE70? on Kingston road. Some Hyundai crashed up his ass pretty bad. Cops were there and all. =(

Could get cam regrinds, bore and hone the cylinders, bigger pistons, more compression, Weber etc. Turbo? Supercharger? Also, do you want to increase HP? Or travel somewhere quicker? Etiher way, getting better diffs etc. Though I think your diff will be fine.. Sorry for not being as much of a help.

I am 90% sure you will need to get it blue plated. On the Compliance Plate that is on your vehicle it will state how many seats this vehicle is suppose to have. If you alter how many seats you have, you need to get it blue plated. Or I suppose.. don't get caught. Hehe.

Maybe some KE55 coupes?

If I do get it blue plated, I cannot drive it. New rules say if I get the engine mod that needs a blue plate, I cannot drive it. =(

Alright guys and girlies. I spoke to a random engineer though I think he might be a backyard one.. He claims that I would need a blue plate for my 1981 KE55 Hardtop if I put a 5k in it? I am 17 this year, and would rather 5k over my 4k anyday. Can anyone actually clear this up? Do I NEED a blue plate? I might give a few engineers and QLD transport a ring sooner or later again and hassle the shit out of them to actually see if I can get it without a mod plate.. I've also heard other Rollaclub members say that I don't have to, though I want a little few more suggestions.. So yes, Do I have to have a blue plate if I put a 5k into my KE55? Thank youuu.

Some of the new drivers like me for an example can't even do simple engine transplants like putting a 5k into my 1981 KE55 hardtop.. New laws say no engine mods that need a blue plate and I am pretty sure you will need a blue plate for a 5k.. though if anyone knows this for a FACT that I don't need a blue plate to put a 5k into my KE55 hardtop? Please tell me. =] Though I run some engineer though I don't think he is that qualified.. he said I would have to get it blue plated.

I'm pretty sure it's called Dextron 3. Mixing some oils wont hurt it that much, though do becareful as too much can most likely make you regret it. What happened when you put oil on your tyres? Couldn't get any traction at all? Or just really smell? lol

I have also heard of that the forklift blocks have thicker castings as well, though I am no 100% sure. I am also looking for some too, was going to re-look up this thread too. Mate, would you be able to send me those specs on the 4k if you don't mind? Also, if you find a place to supply those pistons maybe could you let me know too?

I also see and hear more Commodore drivers crashing, though I can expect some Ford Falcons hitting things too. Also, that is very strange you had two crashes on the same day on a different year. Maybe to re-live another crash? Very lucky on all of you with the crashes anyway. With the animal killing thing, I don't think I could do it. I'd feel to guilty about it =( I am a very..
