WGMG is living with messy house mates and constanty having to clean up and do everything around the house. They just sit around, drink and make mess then i have to spend 40 mins cleaning the kitchen before i can cook anything for myslef for dinner then another 10 mins to clean up my mess just to get home the next day and do it all over again :angry:

Thanks guys! :jamie: This aftenoon i bought new 2 pack undercoat and got some powerfull work lights. I just block sanded all the patches and filled what needed to be filled again.

I got a new roof for my car port, Yay! Thanks Mr Bowler :P Spent the day just putting on the roof and finished block sanding the panels with 400 wet rub. After it all dried out, I wiped the panels down with wax and silicon remover and filled up all the dents and chips

Thanks, for that.. thats nearly the right colour, maybe just a touch lighter :P I choose this colour because its not like any other ae82 colour.. I didnt want a white or red twincam like nearly all of them are. Should look pretty good once its lowered and has its mags back on and the twin chrome exhaust tip

Hey, I am changing the colour of my car and i have absolutely no idea how to use photo shop. Could someone change the colour of my corolla so i can get a basic idea what it will look like when i do paint it? I would be ever so grateful :P I want to paint it in a Mazda 626 beige colour. If you could colour code the bumpers and mirrors that would be great.. the bumpers don't have to be perfect, just a basic idea of it painted, Cheers Johno :cool: This was my attemp of colour coding with MSpaint, lol!

Haha. yeah its been about 6 months since i did any work on it. Now that the weather is getting better i have found myself more motivated to work on it. I was thinking the same thing, just a couple bits of wood and some cheap tarps but i might just go out and buy me a new roof, cheers bud :P

A few new pics of work I did on the rolla this afternoon Just sprayed a black speckle coat on everything then block sanded it back with 400grit wetrub. I found a few dents that i had missed before i undercoated everything but at least its progress ay? Anyway.. PICS! :P Since the carport tarp shreded to bits in the wind this is its home now

All I have to say is Datsun and instantly its dodgy.. haha I don't have anything quite as dodgy as some people wrote but heres mine. Blown head gasket - chemi weld hole in muffler - muffler putty broken accelerator links - coat hanger Sub and amp in boot hooked up to a 12 battery rolling around in the boot with the amp and sub Installed rear speakers.. screwed straight into the fuel tank "accidentally" and fixed with muffler putty Filled rust hole "size of a football" with Ac sheet, expander foam and builders bog then painted with $2 spray paint jump started the datto with 8 gauge amp power cable used hobby fuel to make it go faster and f@$k me it went faster! Thanks for all the support, :y: I have decided not to pay 5k on a paintjob, instead i will be painting it with a few mates from work. As i am a house painter and 2 mates i work with are too, we have decided to get together on a Saturday and give it a good hit in about a month or so and get it painted. I got a new clutch, can't remember if i said so before but its a second hand Exeedy heavy duty one. Once the car is painted the 4age is getting send off to my mechanic and new bits will be installed. I think that once its painted i will get inspired to get it on the road. Unbelievably its still registered. I payed $600 a few months ago for it. Anyway, there is still hope for this thread and the car. Hopefully i will have decent pics for you all soon! Cheers, Johnny! :)

All i seem to be getting is shit from my mates about how shit my corolla is and how much better their VX Gen 3 SS or VT.s are. Even my work mates are giving me shit about it. I only have the inspiration from you guys in the club. :dance: I don't know what to do just yet, I was saving money but now i got to pay for the ford. I know that the rolla is rust free apart from a small little spot under the wheel arch but spray painters don't want to touch it because i did half the prep. Ok so i f@$ked up with the front bumper and did not plastic etch prime it, I;ll just buy a new bumper then. Hey maybe i f@$ked up the whole car, thats what it seems like so i might just get rid of everything. Sorry if i sound negative.. :yes: Its hard to judge peoples emotions on the net. I Like my corolla but it i think i jumped in the deep end and now realized i can't swim.. I dunno :y:

The Carport I bought was never meant to last more than a year so its pretty much on time to break, lol I Had a really funny thought yesterday.. Tell me if I'm crazy ok? Ok, well the rolla is not really going anywhere atm, 5 grand is a fair bit of money for a old car. Its not a GT or a monaro. Its not a 2 door or a coupe or a FX or GTi. Its nothing special at all. Its just a run of the mill seca. I'm thinking of getting rid of it. I will keep all the parts and just scrap the rest. Buy a new AE82 S1 seca. One that has a nice body and good paint. This way i don't have to paint it and if i do just a blow over on the outside What do you think? Am i crazy?

The weather has finally taken toll of my carport :wink: THe whole roof and walls just toor apart in the wind. I just took out all the lights and leads and left the car there to rust away till i can afford a paintjob.
