  1. Yea but it needs an engine to talk the talk before its drift ready mate, sure suspension is all good. And you say pretty is for girls but you don't see many drift pigs with retrimmed interiors etc etc. But each to there own. Not gonna bag anyone out for their choices for THEIR car. Though do you have anymore pics of that rusty thing? looks quite hot, for a pig hahaha. Travis.
  2. Wow Thats some damage alright!! Do you know what caused it yet? Like you say the Gilmer drive, but do you know why the Gilmer drive did it? Travis.
  3. f@$k Yea Felix! And Love KE70, That is so good! So true!! Number 11. FTW!! Travis.
  4. Good on ya mate, most people do around our age, others don't, depends what impacts youve had in your life, yours would have been crashing your car I'm guessing? Travis.
  5. I reckon, but hey at least you have fouind a tuner :bash: Who knows where I'm going to have to go for a tune ahahahahhaaha........ Adm brakes would sufice too, but JDM brakes would be worth the extra anyway I think. can't hurt really. Travis.
  6. HAHA Anyway I think weve had our fun and time to tune it down on the dick in hole side of things, just incase the mods don't like it :bash: Travis.
  7. Well if all you need to do is upgrade to ae86 struts, then do that anyway but use jdm struts. will provide more than enough braking for what you need it for. They come stock with ventilated rotors. That way you wont need the exxy T3 setup, and if you don't feel the brakes are good enough, you could buy a t3 setup for it, sell the jdm discs for profit, or even fit rx7 calipers to it. There are many upgrades, and there probably better and cheaper than what you could get from T3. No worries man :bash: Ya did the same for me, only returning the favour really :y: Cheers. Travis.
  8. I use 3 hose clamps on my ke70 clutch camble, its a bitch of a thing, but its holding in there ahahah Travis.
  9. So true!! Thats my next tow vehicle, no mini trucks for me :bash: Travis
  10. Yea true true. would look hot though and suit the look of the rest of your car :bash: Travis.
  11. mufflers are pretty big and can get warm ahahhahhaahahahhahaha :y: :bash:
  12. Ok cool, yea just engine number change for me too. Wish i new a microtech dealer, it would have saved me time and money cause now i have to make my own loom and ecu and tune it and map it all by myself :y: You should look into Matt's suspension, he seemed to have set that up real nice, ie LittleRedSpirit Yea definately gonna need a brake upgrade, your better off doing the big disc and brake off a commo of some sort that I have on some spare stuts i hae lying around. Especially if you want to keep your standard struts, also isnt there a peugot/hilux brake upgrade? what diff are you running? Those velocity stacks are very nice, I'm lucky I want hp not torque so I'm going as short as possible velocity stacks. Really good build though man, nice and quick, i could have done mine quick but I want it more upgraded than stock. Get something different than that stupid bubble looking cam gear cover, man i hate those, get something simlar to a 16v/rb25/rb20 look on the cam covers/cam gear covers. That would suit the boxy car better I think. :bash: Travis.
  13. Did he Quench them afterwards? should ahve done it with a hacksaw, less heat involved. Travis.
  14. Ok cool, thanks for the info Si Ill have a look at my backseat and see if i can tell where you mean by putting an eyelet. And e70driftpig ill wash them today and give you pics tomorow if you like :bash: Cheers. Travis.
  15. Meh I don't watch football i just listen to who wins and wait for them to say QLD hahaha. I just didnt like hearing the nsw guys having a wah ahahaha. We listen to star fm at work, there ok, they don't edit solo's here though? I love the music you mentioned, 90's at nine can be good, unless they start playing technoish old school crap rnb pop crap ahahah. Travis
  16. Man I'm in love with these!!!! Are they very rare? Ive only seen them for the first time tonight!! Great, and as 7shades said love it!! It deserves it!! Travis
  17. HAHA WGMG: what will also probably start a debate :bash: How NSW player in state of origin is having a wah at a call made by the ref when he clearly stepped on the line. HAVE A FREAKIN WAH YOU WOULDNT HAVE WON ANYWAY YOU STUPID SORE LOSER!!! Travis.
  18. It is set up very well, when i watch it it reminds me of a car in gt4 or forza motorsport, it drives so stabily, and just flicks into the corner so easily. The corner at 1.30 is done so smoothly! Its definately set up for fast paced drift, not nessisarily show drift where you hang it out on as much angle as you can. I really like it, i was actually going to buy the same bmw, but i got my corolla instead. Kudos to him :bash: he is certainly worth the watch :P Travis.
  19. Hey Jason hows it going? Gotten around to getting it running again? Travis.
  20. But All that stuff looks cool :P It's border line ricer i know ahahhaha. But yea I certainly enjoyed his videos, very good driver, did anyone notice the people saying it wasnt real drifting in the comments? WTF :bash: Travis.
  21. Wow I can't believe I only just noticed htis thread, Your lucky the ignition timing is the same, it actually might be different, when you get the correct basemap on You will notice it will perform alot better i think. And its more than $300 for a new base map, hence the reason ive sold my microtech lt10s and gone for building my own megasquirt ecu. Looks great though, What do you have to do for engineering? Also what suspension are you going to be running? Travis.
  22. Man I would love one of these!!!! I'm gonna lok for one in a couple of years when i want to upgrade to the power of 8 cylinders ahahaha. Great car :bash: Travis.
  23. Nice, gonna get some quad headlights? Travis.
  24. Nice clean hieght mate, just cutties I'm guessing? Travis.
  25. Yea i doubt they willl like passing you if your getting off defect and putting a larger engine in it..... From all the stories of this Regency place they don't sound too nice... Best bet would be get it off defect stock, and get 4age ready to drop in at same time, wait a couple of weeks and sort out the 4age in it, get it running to proper standards without needing inspections head down to regency be nice and good and stuff and get that part hopefully cleared :bash: That would be wisest move in my opinion. Travis.
