rolla boy i do the same thing as you, two cans of carby cleaner then 4 cans of cheap degreaser then my ct-14 degreaser to finish it off..

I am going to start out in my little ke20 with an uprighted, twin carb 3k and extractors.. then once i get the hand of it might import a WRX from japan.. my mates import no complianced WRX for $8000, but he sold one to a guy in WA and he now rallies it.. but i would just kill my self if i started out with a WRX.. And because of this reason i will stick with my little ke20..

i use my phone for work and my bill is about 70 a month, but i am on a 60 plan my worst bill was 500 buck for a month, i did spend two hours talking to some one in singapore but. the worst bill i ever heard of was around $12k for two and a half months i am not kidding, the idiot took the mobile phone overseas and did not realize that they got charge for every call the made and receieved, THe person normally had 1k or 2k a month phone bill but when you are overseas with you phone you get charged all the International call charges.. for e.g if i call my my mates and he had taken his mobile to NZ i would get charge normal phone charges but he gets charged the international rate, so now i pay 12c per 30 sec and he would get charged $4.50 per 30 seconds, so if we spoke for 10 min i would get charged $2.40c but he would get charged $90.00 so it would add up very quickly 12000 @ 4.5 is only 23 hours btw i worked in a phone shop for 6 years.. he tried to get me to pay the bill because i told him the phone would work in the Europe.

i have been reading the CAMS book and now i am more confused then ever... i need to have a roll cage, seats and racing harness.. before they will let me enter.. but how the hell do i get from my current no speed licence to a rally licence??

well done! do you want to know why i am setting up my KE20 as a rally car? i will tell you anyways IT WAS FREE lol..... but i have a serious question, would my 3k would put me in P1?

My school entered one of these a 10 or so years ago, we had a battery/peddle powered car the batteries would run the car for 5 or so k's then peddle for 10km to recharge the battery, there was these two older guys in the race that made an EFI engine with there bare hands it looked like a block of steel but they ran for 5 hours on 5 litres of fuel, i think there car went around 30km per hour.

I never use soap anywhere near my home brew gear, I use a baby bottle sterilizer after u have used a bottle brush and an iodine mix, works great for the sedimenter but not the bottles, I beer still tastes great but the there is little or no head on it.

Just asking the question, as i started making home brew last x-mas i have made four batchs of beer and a batch of sarsparilla. the sars was 9% but it smelt like rotten egg. my first batch of beer was straight coopers stuff with about 6% my second batch never fermented properly so i threw it out then i went to the local home brew shop and started making my own mixes.. and they are cool, i use special sugars and yeasts and add them to special mixes.. my last beer was a stella copy but it was over 10% and i left it for two months before drinking it.. two 750ml bottles and i nearly pastout LOL if any body has question let me know i will ask the guy at the local shop, the guy is really good. i found one little trick but.. only use the plastic bottles once, i have found that the head on the second batch is never as good with use bottles

go and see jakes preformance..(in mitchell) he seems to know a bit about rolla's (he races one) he should be able to do it a little cheaper..

TreandACT just game me his old carby of his 4k but i want to put it on my 3k, as you all would know my 3k carb had only accelerator and choke cable as well as vac and fuel lines, but the 4k carby has about 20 tubes coming off it , can i just block the ends of the unused tubes off or is it a little bit more difficult to do? thanks david.

HI all I am building a ke20 rally car so I am stuck with the little 3k, so I have been doing a little research down here in canberra finially I meet a guy who use to run a ke20 rally car about ten years ago, He told me not to worry about getting the bigport head work done and get my self a k-b head and do all the work to that,but after reading Jamies FAQ it tells me a complete different story.. but he quoted me less then $200 for a cam grind and all the head work that sound very cheap to me, what do you guys think? He use to build rally cars but changed to drag cars after the rally market dies in canberra.

cams wants you to at least keep the original block.. for full on rally but it would make a great khanacross car..

I just did a cab swap on my hilux.. my old cab had 460000 on the clock and the new one one had 320000 so does that now mean my lux has done 780000??

i need a rather large shoe horn... need to force a 1G in to me ke20.... well theres a one gee for sale here for <$300 just imported but the guy thinks it will not fit in to a VL dunnydore but thats bull doo doo, If i one jay fits in why not a one gee??

HI all there is a guy down here selling a whole sports exhust system of his old ke70, will the extractor kit in to my ke20 and bolt to the current exhaust systemhe wants 100buck so i will give him 70 if it fits

the only rules for khanacross in the ACT are 1. first aid kit 2.fire putterouterer 3. drivers seat and lap sash seatbelt.... i am not kidding thats all you need..... so to some this up its not really worth my while..
