intercoolers are for people you can't afford really big turbo's LOL also airbags are minitruckers best friends... I can get a set for my 4wd hilux that can raise it 4" so what do you get when you put those airbags on a car that sits 3" high..... metal on tarmac....

we had a nirvana street where I use to live and when kurt killed him self they where replacing the sign every few weeks LOL.. and guess what they renamed the street after 5 months... the moral of the story is... want your street renamed , keep stealing the street sign.. also on one of the road here in canberra some body has changed a roo warning sign in to a roo skiing.. 75kw is very close to 100hp... thats a good point with the broken axle.. he was told it had 40hp but he thought the guy said 240hp because he just keeps doing single leggers everywhere LOL...

I know its an 84 model and I know it has a 3S in it. I am just thinking that they put a newer engine in to the old celica, but reading what nick posted above answers half my question now I have to find out the exact model of the car. when did celica's go to front wheel drive? From what I have been reading its around 1989, and that leads me to think the 3S is out of a front wheel drive version.

just put the trasfer case and gearbox in to neutral, it should move then, if this does not work remove the rear drive shaft and lock the front hubs.. then you can drive around with a front wheel drive sierra.. If the car was in 4wd with front hubs locked then you may have stuffed every thing..

I don't think its drivable from both sides, in the second last picture look at the door trim.. theres your "steering wheel" i think the centre is proberly the accelerator and so on.. I like the gear selector on the dash "up for D"

It was a great day, the ke20 is fairly busted now, I got 3inchs of air under it on one jump and I have a fair bit of toe out LOL.. nothing some old hilux bushes won't fix. I got out there and I had forgotten the key for the fuel cap so I had to pull the fuel lines off the tank and fill it that way. the buggy had no brakes by then end of the day and they where still doing rather good times LOL. this only my second khanacross but it was awesome fun.. Where was everybody?? I will uplaod some photos over the weekend when I get copies off my mates.

well I believe the only reason the rb30 was used was because of a few reasons 1. old 202 could not meet new polution reg's so they where force to replace engine 2 as most cars now had EFI and the old 202 with EFI sucked ( I owned a VK calais and we removed the EFI) 3. Holden did not have a replacement for the 202 (at the right price) and a few more I believe. I own a VP wagon and its been the cheaps car to run I have ever had.. I do not knock commodore I knock the bogans they attract.. and I believe that would be the same for most people who blabber on about commodores.. I still think the neatest car I have seen was a VH commodore wagon, that an old guy had restored. I wish I had a camera that day.. I would never buy any australian built car new. They devalue to fast, I suppose that means there over priced also, but theres nothing wrong with get a car at the right price.

the bates workshop would be uhlikly to change. Since they have the rights to produce the 4wd corolla I do not think toyota would like that to much and bates more then likley makes a fair amount from doing this.

now i thought my hilux blew some black smoke but OMG... that black/grey smoke is unburnt fuel... i think i could run my hilux of a good few weeks off the unburnt fuel alone LOL... I love it when people in little cars tail-gate me , just take the my truck to 2500rpm and stomp the clutch.... and out it comes pure black weed... they stop tailing very quickly.. but i wish it blew that much smoke every body in canberra would know not to tailgate me LOL

i saw some where it had a brush setup for power, the only way i can xplain it is its little the way the horn works in a steering wheel

when i do the hilux conversion on my ke20 i will put my 31*10.50 on it and post a pic now they would look funny... but i think the wannies would be good but no bigger then 15", maybe you should get some old commodore "chasers" lol... full bogan....
