another one for you... my best mate just spend 6G getting an engine rebuilt,( @ a preformance engine place) 1. He got special high reving cams made and had the computer programmed to suit these cam's ...after they rebuilt the engine the car would not hold idle.... I told them to up the idle until the car kept idle... they said they could not do that because the car had efi. they took the cams and new computer out of the car. Does that make sence to anybody??? well not me.. you need to up the adjust the idle to suit cam's.all the computer did was alter the fuel air mix. 2. His gearbox blew up two weeks later.. they did not put oil in it.. WTF!!! 3. He got a head specialist to retorque the head after the run in period and they told him the head had not been touch, and if it had the old parts had been reused.. btw they even ask my mate where the computer went... keep in mind the was a mark3 Suziki GTI swift.. the most done up car in australia..

about two years ago i saw an LJ with a 13G in it, it look like there was an enough room to fit two 13G's in there, when i said that to the guy he go this funny look in his eye..... yes 13G NOT 13b...... 13G = 13BBB.... 13g=13b with an extra rotor...

The truck driver..... six months later the truck driver commited suicide.... answer me this..how was that the truck drivers fault, he wasnot tail gateing..

they maybe only a 10th the power but there's ten times the life in them, if you don't know already search the net for all of the gen3 problems... let just say i have seen a 4k do over 500000km and still have oil pressure, i have heard of at least 3 gen3 that have no oil pressure after 10000km..... umm my maths are worng does that make them 50 times better???

i could fill rip open the fuel filter and fill it will some thing to catch the oil vapour and the bottle could catch the bigger stuff.. it would just look like to should be there, regodown here does not allow oil catching devices so if i made it that way they would have no idea... and it would look cool.... I am sorry if you feel i wasted your time by asking the same question again but thanks anyways....

ok the inside of the carby was all black and the secondary's where stuck open, it was oil, do I run both hoses off the head in to the can, and run one from the can in to the bottom of the carbyand block off the one on the airfilter? i was going to fill the can with steel wool...Hold on a have a spare water seperatorof my hiluc that could look kewl... i will take a pic of the one in my hilux now...

Hi all, Just spent two two weeks rebuilding my carby and it was all jammed up with gunk.. would an oil catch can help this? If so could i just run the tube from the block in to an old "MILO" tin. Would i have to vent the gas back in to the carby? Since my block has two "breather" holes should i run them both in to the can?? might seem like a silly question but some body might have played with this before! thanks in advance..

without being a smart arse.. use jumper leads and connect the battery to your starter and earth.. see how that goes... my mate bought a gemini with the same issue's and we did that and it worked fine.... just make sure you connect the battery to the right side of the recitifer...

black and white with a hazy filter... always makes it more dramatic... ummmm. don't ask how i know that LOL :D
