Yeah i love my ke20 corolla. THe circumstances in which i came to get my beast were somewhat lucky. I first had a ke70 which had been resprayed and lowered and just generally tidied up and then one day a ke20 came up in the trading post and it had all the good bits 5k, exhaust but my dad and his dodgy eyesight read it as a ke70 so we rocked up and saw it definently wasnt a ke20. A decision on the spot and we got a bargain and well since then 12 months of sweat blood and tears have gone into it and plenty of money But this is one of the hardest cars to modify nothing is available it all has to be custom but definently worth it :D :D

but the centre will go into a ke70 housing with no problems?

Yeah I'm thinking to bite the bullet and just swap the whole axle out of an ae86 in. I know plenty of people with experience in this swap and then i also get rear disc brakes and an lsd centres are available for it as well

right i have a ke20 rolla and ive swapped the original moter and tranny for a 5 k and 5 speed manual from a ke70 rolla and I'm not getting any economy on the highway. 3500 rpm at 100 ks an hour so i was just wondering what diff ratios were offered from the factory and if anyone knows of any for sale or anything else that could be suitable

I picked up the gregories corolla 1970-1978 for five bucks at the local markets and some of the information has been priceless ie. wiring diagrams etc.
