Does not interfere with the manifold, but you have to modify the throttle linkage (that the accelerator cable hooks into) so it is in the right position..
WRONG!!!
they are completely different, whilst the the bolt pattern is the same they have different throttle linkage setups. Though I'm sure if you are handy and chop chop weld weld you can set up the linkages properly.. I can get pictures of this if you want?
It's not coming in around the taillights at all? best thing to do is jam someone in the boot with a torch, close the bootlid down, hose the bootlid all over and let the person inside see where it's leaking from..

Just finished my first draft, probably a lot of stuff I've missed out and stuff that needs changing around. Any ideas feel free to post them here so I can improve the article. Have a read anyway guys..
Yeah, I think I know what you are talking about now, does it do it when you are driving along or just when you go to open the boot? I don't think that bar comes out, never pulled one out before anyway.. tried hitting with some WD40 or the like?
Nope, looks like it does in the shot, but it was quite a few km's away, wasn't a very loud bang either..
It freaked me out at first, pity you have to edit your post at the end to get rid of the multiple comments..
Just goes to show you should always carry a fire extinguisher in the car, I recon they should be mandatory (Just like they are with boats). Also doesn't help much when you open the bonnet and give the fire more oxygen to fuel the fire..
