  1. This is Troy we are talking about, of course he will >| Nice wheels, like you say subtle fitment :lolcry: Should keep these guys at bay :lolcry:
  2. If you're over Flinders Park way while you're working pop into Bridgestone Flinders Park on Grange Road and ask for Nigel. Tell him Luke sent you he should be able to fix you up. He is going to fit some skinny tyres to my rims and said no probs at all >|
  3. Absolutely love it :lolcry: Excellent job son >|
  4. In case you did not add me in the 3 that are confirmed, please do >| I give you my confirmation :lolcry:
  5. Spose it's time for an update.. No work has been happening to the car I have just been collecting parts. I have gathered almost all the parts for a manual conversion. Some parts like pedal box etc are being sent from interstate as I just couldn't find them here. I am picking up a 5 speed box, flywheel and clutch tomorrow night which should complete the picture. Then I just got to get the motivation to install it all. I have also started collecting parts for my front suspension, just waiting for them all to get here. Also picked up a Pioneer Head Unit which I will install along with some speakers I already have for it. Pics once some shit starts arriving but it's all on the way >| I just need to collect a Jap KE30 Diff now for the axles :lolcry: I'm going to do a 4 x 114.3 swap all round
  6. Yeah they are standard 20 discs and calipers. Not much of an upgrade really but better than the drums >|
  7. I'm going to have some discs to part with soon but depends on your version of cheap as opposed to mine >|
  8. The fuel smell you are getting is due to having your surge tank and pumps in your boot. The smell would waft through the back seat. You could try sealing the cabin area to the boot better and that might get rid of it a little. Either that or mount your fuel system under the car :lolcry: A few people I have spoken to have this problem with boot mounted fuel systems >| I didn't get any in my AE71 sedan on short gaps of driving but if I left it for a week or so then stinky
  9. I'm waiting anxiously on pics of these wheels Troy >| I'm interested to know which type of wheel you went for from their range Also, if you still happen to have that pic of your car with the AP's on it can you post up? I want to see it a bit bigger than on my phone :lolcry:
  10. >| :lolcry: :lolcry: :lolcry: :lolcry: :lolcry:
  11. So... where did you hide my 20 when all this was happening?? I'm getting worried I can't see it in any of those pics Ryan is enjoying the man love a little too much there :) :jamie:

    Spotted

No shit I saw this thing twice around that area... minty fresh. I don't know who owns it though I do hope it doesn't fall into the hands of a 17 year old fully sik dwipta :jamie:
  13. Far out the whole 626 was pretty ghetto :jamie: Do you reckon you will have to rebuild the engine before you throw it in??
  14. Cheap as chips... I'm guessing they fit 3/4/5k? You should try a group buy so long as it is allowed. The only other ones I found were around $240 delivered and they didn't go so far under the car.
  15. I drove around for months with no air cleaner... I'd be checking the carby attachment like Ryan suggested
  16. We will have to discuss... they look sweet so I'll be interested in the price :jamie:
  17. Scott this thing is in awesome town. I don't want to see it in the flesh as I will die of jealousy :jamie:
  18. Why not just leave it as it is to begin with :jamie:
  19. Ok I'll clear it up for you a little. If you want to run velocity stacks and not the original intake then you would not be able to run the airflow meter which is essential for a stock silvertop ECU. If you are running this in an AE95 you would be best just to run the original intake and airflow meter. If you do not run an airflow meter you will need some sort of aftermarket computer or a computer from a Blacktop 20V as they are map sensored. I still think you would be best to stick with the original intake. I say this because the power gain you get from the expense of velocity stacks and aftermarket computer would be somewhere in the region of 4 kilowatts. Would you consider 4 kilowatts and a whole lot of sexy noise worth approx $2.5K?? My 20V in my AE71 with velocity stacks and aftermarket management made 4 kilowatts more at the wheels than an AE82 with stock ECU and intake.
  20. I was thinking the same thing!! I didn't think the Nikki carb could possibly give it enough fuel to even run properly being a J-Port. But add a weber to a ported rotary and watch the fuel just disappear :no2: I remember a guy in Adelaide years ago had some sort of ported RX4, back when driving up and down Jetty Road was considered cool, and he said you pretty much had to fill the car up for each lap :jamie: :jamie:
  21. I don't like them, car looks better without them :no2: Looks wise your car is perfect
  22. Do you drive it much on the street?? I mean that is pretty loud wouldn't exactly be very subtle :no2: I love it :jamie:  :jamie:
  23. Dude you need to do some searching both here and on google :no2:
  24. Well I think they are the same I have a mirror here off a 20 which looks exactly the same as the one I had on my 11. If they aren't the same they are very similar and you could easily pass it off as an original. That mirror on your 11 Curly is a shocker :no2:
