  1. I'm guessing you're not too excited about the see through service area Matt?? I drove past a week or so ago looks pretty wanky what they are doing :hmm:
  2. Give us some pics Matt!! I went down but I forgot my camera :y:
  3. Champion :hmm:
  4. Does it act as a lift pump in a VL or as the stand alone pump?? If it is the only fuel pump I would have thought it would be in the 100's of psi range :hmm: Either way a fuel pressure regulator should be able to sort it out. And at least you won't have all that noise from a Facet pump. I had one in my AE71, brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
  5. Would you just be able to run an in line regulator to reduce the pressure to something more suitable for the carby??
  6. Cheers again you are a champ. I will call direct then on Monday and see if they will know saves me rooting around under the car. I only want to do it once.
  7. Well my birthday is officially over for another year and this one was the worst for a long time First of all I had my life threatened by an ex employee of the company I work for, told I should have made sure I told my wife and child I loved them because I wouldn't be seeing them again today (amongst other things he threatened to do). Mind you, the issue was over $75.00. So this guy was thinking very clearly wanting to murder someone over $75.00  I went down to Police Station to report said phone call which I was advised to do by Management, what happens?? Some kent backs into my daily. Thankfully nice enough to leave a note and not much damage anyway Then I get home, have a shower about to go out for dinner. My daily crapped itself and won't start. Nothing from the starter at all. I get a big hammer, smash the crap out of the starter venting all the frustration of the day on it and wham we have go action :lolcry: f@$k what a day :lolcry:
  8. Do it Lesley, you need to drive a good daily
  9. Cheers for that They say you have to specify diff locating pin size, any chance you remember yours
  10. Far out :lolcry: I need to start a business and my business will only service AE112R Sportivo's. I will be a wealthy man :lolcry: I suggest as soon as you get it fixed trade it in and run, far far away
  11. I'm with you on this, when I go to a Self Serve place I like to check things like km's etc. No point pulling a gearbox out of a car with 400,000 k's on it :lolcry:
  12. What motor was that with though Philbey??
  13. KE70's have a low brake fluid level light, you can tell because there is wiring and a plug coming out of the lid of the brake master. Top up your fluid mate. Keep an eye on it and if it comes on again then you have a leak somewhere.
  14. The Toyoglide is pretty cool, but my experience with them has been that most of them are rooted  I wonder if a Toyoglide would survive behind a 5K :lolcry:
  15. Cheers for asking!! I have a spare K Frame here out of my parts 20. I'll have to investigate some things
  16. Ah but Ryan I am young Jedi warrior, I have much to learn from you Yoda  Much learning I must do

  19. So is the progress on this getting you more keen about your 55?? If only my daily was this rad, damn Laser poo :lolcry:
  20. Nice KE20 right there mate, or should I say bru  You will be stoked when it is finished :lolcry:
  21. Well let me know if it goes ahead then :lolcry: I may be able to assist pending date :lolcry: But yeah I don't work for free sorry
  22. Payment terms???
  23. Wicked daily Luc
  24. I replaced the broken drivers door window tonight. Funnily enough the Ebay description didn't highlight said broken window but since I didn't pay the 'Buy It Now' price the guy wanted he refused to fix it and just supplied me with a spare window. I gave him negative feedback  I have discovered that there are two different types of window mechanism where the window bolts to the winding part, and I got two different types off of the same wrecked car in my yard. What a confusing item to work on. It looked like I was going to have to change over the whole window winding mechanism to get it right. In the end I put together the correct window mechanism out of the parts from two windows and didn't have to change the winder mechanism all together. Confusing much?? I thought so :lolcry: Then the window I put in has scratches on it. Screw it I am going to put another spare I have here in later :lolcry: My spare parts KE20 has been coming in very handy of late :lolcry: :lolcry: :lolcry: :lolcry: Now just to give it a wash before All Japan Day :lolcry:
  25. You see Chobis I look at this two ways: 1. I know that you have an awesome sense of style with your other cars and just want to do this to your Daily for the fun of it and you enjoy the look 2. I am innocent bystander who doesn't know you and thinks you are a try hard for putting whitewalls on a non-historic classic vehicle I know for a fact that when I saw a Hyundai Getz putting around with whitewalls on it I went with option 2. In your case however I am going with option 1.
