Jono.C
Maaco is a franchise sort of autobody chain in the U.S. I believe they mostly do sort of budget cheaper resprays have seen some of their work before and it's been ridiculously cheap (1500usd to prep and paint a mx5) and actually was quite presentable but they'd done poor taping job on mirrors etc instead of just removing them. I'm sure it depends on the exact franchise location too
Uon1
Hi Sweave65, may I ask who did you sell this car too and is it a original 1974 sr5 or a clone with flares? Thanks

Cos anything has to be stronger than the stock KE20. A diff upgrade is on the cards, but i will more than likely go with the a hilux. a RX3 diff is stronger than the orginal jap diff... i know of a rx3 coupe with a 20B non turbo in it making like 380HP in QLD with just with the stock diff. + RX3 diff is only 1350mm wide. prefect fit. parrot
Only 16 yrs later! I wonder if he still has the car? I don't know if there is a more expensive small Jap car getting around than an RX3 currently, and I'd hate to think how much an RX3 rear end is worth. Taz_Rx
Lol yup. Good luck finding an rx3 for less than about $100k these days!
