towe001 Posted January 31, 2010 Report Posted January 31, 2010 I understand that my car is not your and your club’s cup of tea, and that is fine, I like it and that's what counts. So true. It'd be of interest to see what the come back be Quote
JiP Posted January 31, 2010 Report Posted January 31, 2010 I can see the problem Lesley... Not enough zipties, cracked dashboards, and tofu delivery stickers. You forgot the subway ring handle thingy that hangs from the back of the car. Quote
Karllos Posted January 31, 2010 Report Posted January 31, 2010 (edited) You forgot the subway ring handle thingy that hangs from the back of the car. and the Maccas VIP sticker on the windshield! Edited January 31, 2010 by Karllos Quote
LukeAE71 Posted January 31, 2010 Report Posted January 31, 2010 A member on here who is just a dreamer young kid yet continually comes on here telling people how to do their cars  Perhaps produce something good yourself, practice what you preach :hmm: Grinds my Gears SO HARD :) :D   :no2: :bash: Quote
Karllos Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 (edited) by this stage ^^ we have no gears left to grind , there is no such thing as a gearbox lol Karl. Edited February 1, 2010 by Karllos Quote
JiP Posted February 2, 2010 Report Posted February 2, 2010 The round'a'bout down the road grinds my gears. Well not really the round'a'bout but the people the use it. Left lane goes straight and right lane turns... you guessed it RIGHT. The road leading upto it is one lane and splits into two and both new lanes have arrows painted on them. Now what annoys me is I'll be behind someone that moved into the right lane, so I go to the left as I'm going straight and assume they are turning right. So many people go straight from that lane and cut me off!! It shits me off. I got cut off again today by a truck. Unlucky for him it had a phone number of his employer and business name on the back... Lets just hope his boss passed the message across and acted on the complaint and the image their driver is portraying about the company. Quote
philthy30 Posted February 3, 2010 Report Posted February 3, 2010 WGMG = When people talk about brakes and the "oil" that you put in them. I always wonder if they have actually put "oil" in instead of brake fluid or not ? cause jeez it makes a mess. You wouldnt beleive how often i see it at work haha. Quote
SLO-030 Posted February 3, 2010 Report Posted February 3, 2010 Hahahah, who uses brake fluid these days????? pfft, Castrol GTX 20-W50 ALL THE WAY Quote

Lets just hope his boss passed the message across and acted on the complaint and the image their driver is portraying about the company. Just FYI for anyone who has an incident with a Linfox driver, they take their complaints VERY seriously and from what I know it was 3 strikes and you are in big shit. Hence why you don't come accross too many bad linfox drivers. now lindsay brothers on the other hand.... there is a reason they had a well worn nickname of "the upsidedowners" in the late 90s! Quote
JiP Posted February 4, 2010 Report Posted February 4, 2010 What grinds my gears for today is the Police. They are stripping away laws that make them display that there is a speed camera ahead. But anyway for now they still have to... kinda. There was a speed camera parked right outside my house. Twas a Nissan Patrol, blue in colour and the signage on the side blends in with the car. There is no more reflective signage used on the car and they even threw on an L plate on the back. I so wanted to go to the shithead inside and tell him to issue himself a fine for driving with an L plate and not being a learner. Man my headlights got a good workout driving up the road. Quote
towe001 Posted February 4, 2010 Report Posted February 4, 2010 Yeah i've noticed the same thing with a patrol that parks on the side of road. But it tends to stick out like a thumb. Always parked under a tree and no parked cars near it. Rechargeable batteries - why oh why are the phuckers always flat. Went to play the xbox before but the batteries were flat, grabbed some that i recharged a few days back - flat. Grabbed some others - flat..... Quote
