I breed horses and help hubby out with his business but I wish I had an actual job. I want to do something challenging that I'm passionate about but it doesn't seem like I'll ever find work with horses in SA and I doubt that anybody will hire me in the mechanical field because I'm not a guy. I know people aren't into discrimination but women in general aren't exactly known for their mechanical prowess. It's a bummer to be sure. Very frustrating to be denied a job doing something you enjoy... ;)

Anyway, here's a photo of one of my horses and me...

I work as customer service/ internal sales for a industrial (read mostly "mining") pump company.

We design and build pump stations, sell pumps and parts, and repair pumps.

No qualifications, worked up from storeman.

Now on just over 50K if including overtime. I work with a great bunch of people, and most of the customers are very easy going.
