Just really shitted me off as i was polite as all hell to him but he still treated me like a piece of shit. even wnet as far as calling the car a piece of shit. i have his bage number, whats the best way to go about making a compliant? i know they'll all stick up for each other but at least i will have done something.

I think i might make a complaint when i can get some time. I was told, when a complaint is made and there is proof ( which i unfortunatly don't have) the force will actually put them behind a desk for 2 weeks.

Got done for tyres (again), exhaust leak (just fixed it numb nuts), seats not secured ( my arse), oil leak (dizzy O-ring), steering wheel (fair enough), passenger side front side indicator (wires got ripped in accy) and air filter (yea yeah).

If so he stepped out of line, afaik an officer cannot come onto your property aka driveway to inspect or defect your car.

 

I say do the work to get it cleared, put all your shit back in, whack the supercharger on the 5K, do skids and stick it up them...

nah, was an older guy in his late 40's- mid 50's. Spoke as if he was above the law.

Ive been told that as long as it is registered its fair game. Its just not the done thing to walk into someones back yard or workshop to defect a car.

Yes, the cops aren't really allowed on your property to defect unless invited or warranted, but if you didn't tell him to get out then it's not really easy to say you didn't give him permission.

i seriously don't think the cop would have cared if i told him not to. probably just found more shit to dump upon my walet.
