Why Do You Think We Need A Govt??

Recommended Posts

grrr...!! So fedup with the ABC /mainstream media talkng about people owning assault rifles as the same as the military use, and them not being needed for hunting. Bloody arts graduates!

The Americans are NOT ALLOWED to own assault rifles, which are full-auto machine guns with the flash new ones having burst fire of two or three rounds. They are only allowed plain ordinary semi-automatic (self-loading) rifles, which may or may not look like the military assault rifles. The media need to get their head around WHAT Obama is planning to ban- all semis, like Aussie has, or semis that look like military full-autos (which NZ allows but has tighter licencing over)

Semis are GREAT for hunting, they allow that instant second shot if you don't kill your prey with the first shot, and you don't lose your line of sight by havng to lower the rifle to work the bolt.

AND the Second Amendment has NOTHING to do with bloody hunting! It was especially put there to keep the citizens armed so they could overthrow a tyranical Govt, plain and simple. Having fought off their colonial opressors the Americans who crafted the Constiution had a very clear view about the imbalance of power when the citizens become subjects and then slaves.

Of course all the Left are saying 'Oh you don't need to be armed, the Govt is good for you and will never be a tyranny", just like the Germans all said through the 1930s, or any of the many contries who allowed gun registration before the next politician used it for confiscation.

:: sigh :: you would end up with such a false view of the world if you relied on TV. Just the propaganda mouthpiece of those in power.

"Think about how stupid the average person is, and realise half of them are stupider than that"

Its not about the common sheep its about the whole community having some leaders deciding the local needs.

When reason is given the majority of the stupid will be enlightened so it does work it surely beats these coksukkers

getting in office for a year then having minimum 65k tax free for the rest of their life, how is that better or fair.

We need to change the whole system as its run by puppets to the Zionists scum bag Banks who control the Food,

media, water, energy, mining and weapons industry. Guns are not the problem as Alex Jones said its the fear of

another revolution where if we have to take back our rights then "they" don't want us armed to take our freedom back.

Ah- why do we need a Govt... well, to hold you up and steal your money, then buy themselves power and jobs for mates with it of course!

The parasites in South Aussie were sold a pup when deperate for water in the last drought, and raided the cash drawer for a desalination plant. Naturally they asked the rest of Aussie to pay for it through Canberra, who said 'no, its just a small local bit of hardware, do it yourself'.

So SA doubles the size of it to something completely not needed, then goes back to Canberra, and now that there are elections coming up Canberra says "fine, look how wonderful we are, vote for us!'

The extra kick in the guts for the taxpayer comes when the plant has to use heavily subsidised green energy, so not only do we get screwed to build these useless wind farms, we get screwed again to pay extra for the power to run the water plant. Water bills going from $300 to $900 !!

All this would be typcally corrupt and ironically laughable, but to top it off the plant is not needed and will be mothballed!! Just like the motorway bridges that led to nowhere in the 1970s! Expensive election bribes that never added a dollar to anyone's wealth except those cronys involved in building them. Auckland had them, Cape Town had them, and I'm sure they were here too. Now, if you've ever bought a car that has been sitting in a shed for years you will understand what "mothballed" really means... it means ruined and useless, and needing massive rebuilds before ever being used in the future. AND of course technology races ahead while the car sits there and it is completely out-of-date and not worth using when you go to get it. The only value of the desalination plant will be as a monument to Govt stupidity.

If the private sector won't tackle it, then it will never work efficiently.

I can see both sides of this argument, but corruption follows everyone.

Government or not someone would want to take advantage of you and at least with a government in place you can see who it is that is stealing from you.

I don't think that having a government is the problem, but more so the corruption that runs rampant through major business that then filters down to the government.

If you want to live somewhere without a government or at least a government that can't control it's populace go live in Sudan or the DRC. You can go down the the river with

the bucket that you own and filter the water that you can freely get, if there is no drought of course. Take a ride on your donkey round the dirt track, escape warlords etc.

Lots of fun to be had and no one to tell you otherwise!

The government provides control and an all encompassing set of rules that everyone has to follow, whether we like it or not. They also provide services to infrastructure.

If the government was to disappear tomorrow do you think that there would be someone to pick up you garbage each week? Who would fix your roads? Who would decide what gets fixed?

Who would control the local markets? All the people with money would get an even tighter grip and the poor would get poorer, that's what would happen if there was no government.

There always has to be a leader, there always has to be an umpire. Imagine a game of footy without a ref, it would just turn out to be a brawl.

An idealistic world without a government can not exist simply because of human nature. Sure we don't like allot of things that the government does but better with than without.

Nah- the Govt doesn't pick up the rubbish now, a private contractor does. In typical Govt fashion they demand the money off us, pay a handful of bureaucrats to sit on their bums and pass the rest to a private contracor to actually do the work.

The private sector would solve the infrastructure problems, the free market always finds the way. AND monopolies are usually the result of big companies pushing Govts to grant them special status like import restrictions and startup barriers. Without the heavy hand of Govt the competition would be stronger, so prices lower.

If the Govt stopped at the law that said "you can't force another citizen to do something" then the whole place would grow faster. That is all the umpire does, not write so many rules that no one person can every know them all in his lifetime.

Most of those 3rd-world places have a corrupt ruling class propped up by some Western country while the country gets ripped off for any resources. They mainly suffer from a lack of private ownership of land, the great downfall of tribalism. Without private ownership you have no captital and no way to borrow money to develop anything.

We need to move into the next stage of civilisatiuon, where the rest of the power is spread downwards to the people, not just a vote once in a while..

....and well well, suddenly we DON'T get any tax relief as promised, but we DO get to keep paying the carbon tax! What a surprise! Just another grab at private people's money by a Govt....

Thats the first sensible thing I've read in here. Another kick in the "working class" that the current Govt is supposedly working for...

This is just one of almost daily incidents of cop behaving badly in the USA. I haven't seen anyone track them on a website in Aussie so I don't know how much it happens here.

This is what Govt does to you- just the biggest gang of thugs. What really makes me mad is that nothing happens to these cretins.

So next time a cop stops you, don't ask to read the ticket..

http://blog.simplejustice.us/2013/05/10/olegs-kozancenko-beaten-for-what.aspx

Olegs Kozancenko was a long-haul trucker. Not a gang-banger or drug dealer. Not a child molester or con man. A 58-year-old, 165 pound truck driver, finishing a haul and on his way home. So how does he end up looking like this?

Kozacenko+Injury+Pic+1.jpeg

Well, the immediate reason is pretty simple: he was beaten by CHP Officers Andrew P. Murrill and Jim Sherman after they received "a report of a sleepy driver at the brake check station five miles east of the scene." Murrill gave Kozacenko a ticket for driving his truck too long, though it was based on his truck log for driving two days earlier. It turns out that Murrill, by his own testimony, wasn't a commercial truck "specialist," which is code for he had no clue how to read the truck log or what the law required. But that didn't stop him from being a cop, so he issued the ticket, directed Kozancenko to sign it, and then Kozancenko did the unthinkable:

Kozancenko said he first wanted to read the ticket before signing.

So Murrill was constrained to use force.

The 220-pound Murrill goes on to write in his report that the 6’ 165 pound Kozacenko was “actively resisting ” and “exhibited extraordinary strength” in refusing to be detained. “It was not a standard arrest,” the officer stated on the witness stand, even with the help of his 190-pound fellow CHP officer Sherman on the scene with Murrill.

Suspend for the moment the concern over the absence of any cause for a citation, no less an arrest, and focus on the "extraordinary strength" used to prevent the arrest. Note that the word "lawful" doesn't precede arrest, but that's just for accuracy's sake.

“He’s punched, his arm is broken, they’re on top of him face down, his ribs (are) fractured ,” said Katz. “They’re cutting off the oxygen for a significant period of time, they’re trying to use a taser on him.”

Is that it, you wonder? Well, no. That's not it.

...the truck driver suffered life-threatening injuries including a crushed left orbital eye socket, multiple facial fractures, a broken left arm, a concussion, unconsciousness and possible neurological damage.

Medical records also show that he apparently stopped breathing while lying out on the highway and had to be rushed to Auburn Faith Hospital. But Kozacenko’s injuries were too severe for that hospital’s emergency room and he had to be transported to UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento.

All for being sleepy, if only because of a mistaken reading of his log book by a cop who admittedly is clueless? Of course not, as the excuses mount:

In addition to being cited by officer Murrill for driving over hours, Kozacenko was written up for DUI. However, that citation was also dropped (along with the driving too many hours charge) when Kozacenko’s blood alcohol came back clean at 0.00%.

After all, it never hurts to throw in a DUI just in case, because after a horrifically severe beating, it's best to be able to explain that he was a drunk driver. Everyone hates a drunk driver, and is sure that he got what's coming to him. And in the immediate aftermath of a beating, the only spokesman on camera is paid by the police to tell the story of the how the CHP stopped a drunken potential killer on the road.

After all charges were dropped, after the explanations made by Murrill for the outrageous beating and harm done by two burly cops to this guy who drives a truck were laughed at, after the excuses were rejected and ridiculed, one might reasonably wonder what became of Murrill and Sherman.

Acting Chief Ken Hill oversees the CHP Valley Division, which includes the CHP Gold Run office where Murrill still works. Hill told NBC Bay Area he could not address the specifics of the case because of pending litigation, but assured that he reviews every incident where force is used by one of his officers including Kozacenko’s incident.

“It was not something that jumped out at me being ‘oh my gosh,’ we have some serious issues here,” Hill told NBC Bay Area.

But being a helpful sort, Acting Chief Hill offered these concluding words of wisdom.

“The public if they get stopped and simply comply with what they are asked to do, they have nothing to fear, nothing to fear at all. It is when a citizen decides to disregard the direction that they are given, and they decide to do something different, then things escalate, and I’m not talking about this case specifically, but sometimes a citizen will do things that causes us to escalate our actions,” Hill said.

Or to put it another way, do what we tell you or you'll end up like Olegs Kozancenko.

I fail to see how this has anything to do with the government. Just some dickweed who managed to get into the police force.

I think that you'r going a bit overboard on this one and blaming the government for someone with his own agenda.

Something is being done about this incident, the officers involved are facing litigation.

I can see both sides of this though, there are far more attacks on police officers then there is excessive force incidents.

I sure as hell would not want to be a cop in the US of A. Like one of the latest incidents of a man who was pulled over and then proceeded to

spray the officers with an automatic gun. Or the drug dealer who ambushed police officers during an arrest of a fellow dealer.

No doubted there would have been a crowd of fellow drug dealers crying police brutality.

Too many tin foil hats going around.

If you want to catch up with WHY cannabis is illegal, read this comic- Just amazing what powers Govts take unto themselves. I suppose its part of confiscating the cars or people who exceed a Govt speed "limit"...

http://www.adrugwarcarol.com/ADWC.php

not to mention Govts crushing down the limits all the time. NZ introduced speed cameras and PROMISED they would only target the top 15% of those over the limit, as science showed that they were dangerous. The cameras were only to go in dangerous black spots that killed people...

Of course after a few years they are everywhere, they are hidden, they target everyone over the limit, and the latest bit of treachery was to drop the infringement trigger point from 110kph (where it had been for over 50years) to 105kph.

So, how's this one- Florida traffic engineers shortened the orange light time to below Federal minimums to generate more red-light camera revenue. Not the first state to be caught doing it either, Texas ( or Arizona) was a couple of years back. Revenues jumped to over $100million and are expected to be $120million this year... All those retired old folk with slow reflexes..Nothing more dangerous than a broke Govt!

(and nothing like having a $20billion hole in Canberra's wallet bring on "inventive" ways of raising money..)

..aand, talking of "mission creep"

“The NTSB wants state legislatures to drop the measure from the current blood-alcohol level of .08 to .05, about that caused by a dry martini or two beers in a 160-pound person.

"The research clearly shows that drivers with a BAC above 0.05 are impaired and at a significantly greater risk of being involved in a crash where someone is killed or injured,” said NTSB Chairman Deborah A.P. Hersman. “Our goal is to get to zero deaths, because each alcohol-impaired death is preventable. They are crimes. They can and should be prevented. The tools exist. What is needed is the will.”

How long before we all move to 0.04, the 0.02 then zero, like the L-platers?? "They are all crimes"..?? How can they be crimes when there is no victim?? They are not crimes, they are rules, made by the bureaucrats, those parasites who spend their lives sucking the blood out of the productive, the rest of us...

Speaking of broke Govts dodging their responsibilities.. I always expected the Govt to not pay me a pension, I figure I'll be one of an increasing number of people who will get nothing for all the taxes they paid. Anyway, I looked it up today..

Aussie Govt will pay me nothing because I'm not a citizen or a permanent resident, I'm a Kiwi on a special catagory visa. Too old to become a PR or get citizenship.

Even if I was a permanent resident, they won't pay me anything because I have a couple of rental properties so I fail their asset test. Eat the houses first and leave nothing to your children...

The Kiwi Govt will pay anyone in NZ a pension, or pay it to Kiwis in Aussie... but not at a rate greater than they would receive from the Australian Govt IF they were citizens. Seeing I wouldn't be able to get an Aussie pension the NZ Govt slips out too.

So that's the final $300,000 they steal from you! Remember this when people tell you to work hard and save for your old age!

Actually there arent enough tin foil hats going around complaining just dead head zombies letting the destruction of our communities and freedom of rights as citizens. Cops are a joke they just work for the rich just like in the days of squatter and convicts where the squatters made the rules. The reality is every Generation has given in to the BS that our controlled media dishes.

The De Sal plants will open the door to Nuclear plants to convince that electricity will get cheaper which will then pollute everything we have as now Americans are finding when they were testing for Fukushima radio Isotopes when in fact are their own running down rivers and run off from storage sites where the containers have let go and spent nuke fuel is leaching into their artesian basins.

Every part of our life is run by Zionist cult Big Wigs, media, big pharma, energy, mining, weapons, processed foods, Supermarkets, dept stores and shopping centres not forgetting our defence force. There is nothing Australian left here anymore just Gentile zombies drinking USA cola, fluoridated water, protesters tasered by Israli made Tasers, Monopolised companies feeding us everything from fuel, food, energy, movies and more. 7PMproject full of Zionist Cult promoting defence encouraged by proJew comedians and personalities, koch, hamishandAndy you name it all insidious characters as found all over our world to tell us what we should and should not be doing. Their cult is insidious sneaking in everywhere by buyouts and breeding with better DNA in order to spread their monopolised BS & way of life.

Hows that pathetic Offspring show with that mole labelled as Australias golden girl and winning an award total BS no1 watches that crap show, its just there to BS insidiously into getting into our minds that these Jewish faced parasites are what we should be aiming for in our women. Give me a break they are disgustingly perverted with their witchy noses and weak facial features resembling an Adam sandler with a blondge wig.

....aannd... Are we running a sweepstake on how much of our hard-earned cash Juliar will give to the car manufacturers to ONCE AGAIN bail them out??

They're not stupid, an election year and a weak Govt has got to be worth $50mil, which still won't stop them from closing the doors later.

Govts should have nothing to do with businesses, it just cost the taxpayers money! If businesses can't compete they should go broke and let someone else use that freed-up capital to do something successful. Prolonging the death agonies of these dinosaurs just delays progress into whatever comes next, and progress is what we need.
