  1. who needs a stats page, just ask ancullen :hmm:
  2. somebody forgot to mention duct tape!!!
  3. first does not equal best trains were around before cars, and we all know how crap it is taking the train the work 10As were around before efi turbo 13Bs, nobody builds 10As polaroids were around before multi-megapixel digital zoom cameras
  4. oops :hmm:
  5. i agree with gem. evil beverage, should never have been invented i have been known to put back two crown lagers in my whole life. coronas are borderline, you need lots of lemon to hide the beer taste
  6. that is SO not low enough. remove bump stops. you can shorten the shocks with the anglegrinder and a die tap no abuse from me, i understand you're coming from a looks-only perspective. most minitruckers are the same, i just have no idea how they can stand driving round in a twisty ute with the diff clanging off the rails because of the slightest little bump. but if you can stand it in a corolla, then go for it :D i would absolutely LOVE to have the money to notch and bag my panelvan. imagine a corolla laying out and railing along a freeway :hmm:
  7. hasn't this been posted before? a flat 10 1/8th mile means it should run about a 15 and a half second quarter
  8. i think 14s on a ke10 look too big, but that's just me globes and jellybeans are two old styles of wheel that go well on these cars, i don't have a personal preference for either, i think they would both look quite wicked :hmm:
  9. take the front springs out altogether, don't be a softcock :D and while you're there, change to a flipped monoleaf at the back, that would be awesome suspension is merely a cosmetic addition to low custom :hmm:
  10. i once read the webpage of a guy who had a ke30 and stole the 2t engine from his girlfriend's ta22 for it. but she still needed to drive around, so he put the 3k in the celica, haha ripped off
  11. awwww they're neat AS!!! :D :D :D how awesome do the wheels on the yellow one look, black steelies with chrome dress rims and nuts, f@$k yeah :D love the paintout on the silver one too, that's cool :hmm: nice catchcan on the turbo gze :) they're all really sweet little cars, thanks for sharing :D
  12. haha i'll take it :hmm:
  13. HOLY f@$k that's what i call a notch
  14. why do you persist with this god awful fermented hops beverage? everyone knows real men drink bourbon
  15. that's actually a good idea. from memory it knocks you down to about 8:1
  16. you seem to know what you're on about, glad to have you aboard :hmm: looking forward to hearing and seeing more
  17. just take the front springs out and ride on the bump stops, that way you won't destroy a set of springs by cutting them. cut the bump stops down, or f@$k it just take them out all together. use old shocks because you WILL f@$k them flipping the top leaf will get you on the bumpstops at the rear. you could probably just take the bump stops out and run diff on chassis, minitruckers do this all the time handles like shit but looks good
  18. i can guarantee you they aren't. an ezy-fit or monotorque gasket looks massively different than my graphite thing
  19. all the corollas :hmm: :D
  20. i think mine have been fel-pro or something? i got them thru the machine shop who bored and balanced my motor
  21. bugger that, look at all the sweet old corollas in the background, YAAAY :hmm:
  22. very :hmm:
  23. sealing a graphite head gasket defeats the purpose of using it in the first place. mine seals fine if you keep having problems blowing gaskets, either wind the boost down or o-ring the bores ($$$)
  24. heh, solid mounts, make sure you get some lumpy cams so it shakes the whole car at idle :hmm:
