i think zoom is good because it does such a large variety of cars. home tuned, workshop built, budget, near-elite, drag racers, track racers, drifters, street cars. and it's so cheap! apart from the fact that martin donnon couldn't answer a tech question straight if his life depended on it, it's a great mag. they just upped the page count too, it's now quite a hefty mag hpi is good, so is speed. but i'm never going to own one of those cars, so any knowledge gleaned from the tech articles falls on deaf ears, and the ads are near useless to me as well

it's illegal to spray 2pac without a booth, and EPA fines aren't cheap don't stress too much about the paint, just find a color you like. spend the money on good thinners, it affects the quality of the shine so much. the overall finish will be reflected in how much time you spend on pre-spray preparation and care between each coat i'd clearcoat it, even with acrylic, then spend the time cutting it back and polishing it, the finish is so worth it
