what manual crossmember are you using? you'll need one from a ke30 or ke55, as well as a gearbox from the same there should be two sets of chassis rail holes for you to bolt the gearbox crossmember to, 80mm apart. perhaps one of our members with a ke3/5 could stick their head under their car and tell you which set to use for a K box, i believe it's the forwardmost set

done right, a ke20 looks good but never as good as a well done ke25

mikey, look at the ke15 above and notice the stupid rubber things on the american bumpers and wtf is wrong with 20 shape? they're phat, just a little ugly in the rear end, but better than most of the other models if you ask me

well, i've bought a ke36 panelvan. stock, useful, fuel efficient, drive car now i am faced with the dilemma of modifying it, or leaving it stock and setting aside 3 grand for another ke25 and doing it properly, or just doing a ke20 which i can get for like a hundred bucks and going all out on that instead only time will tell

the shell was a write off, so it's gone to the crusher sob as for the future, still undecided, but rest assured it will involve 1970s rear wheel drive corollas :P :rocknroll:

took it to the hillclimbs once. next week it had a grand of suspension and tyres in it and i couldn't wait to get back on the track found some more wheels along the way more airflow than the stock carby helped with winding it off the speedo cars and trees don't mix 9" grinder panel removal cbf taking the engine out, just dropped the subframe and lifted the car off it with my bare hands ROAR!!! just this saturday. hiluxes are good for dragging your shell up the driveway. note the scrapes hahaha and off to make baby skylines to be continued... :P

ooh i could join in this club for sale: ke25 unfinished project, no engine or box, $1500, brisbane so home it came engines are for girls in goes the stock 3k passed rego first go (i was like "are you kidding?") steelies and stock height, trendy. not spent a heap of cash on an engine, didn't build it for 9 months pulled the stocker out to make myself finish the damn thing and it worked just drove it round for ages getting the engine reliable, and cos i loved it

you retrofit the early bumpers to the late cars so they don't look shit :rocknroll: there's several brand/model of wheel that looks like that, usually cragar and dragway and weld and stuff like that. i so should buy a set of them, wonder how much they are... :P and yes, neat and clean and not overdone is the name of the game. something that says "i like this car, the factory did a pretty good job, but i think i can do tastefully better"

stone-flectors. there's an rx2 in ballina with them, it does kinda suit it only it has genuine brand name stone flectors, not roof guttering screwed onto the side of the car, like some i have seen
