....and the bigger is for a K-T50. :wink: Long story short - Yes you can use the ke30 flywheel/clutch with a ke70 4 or 5 speed.

So is this in a KE70? If so you probably have a ke55 style water pump. Flick $20 my way to cover postage and I'll send you a ke55 style pulley in an express bag. :wink:

Bit hard to say without hearing it, could be. Does it sound like a bearing or something rubbing? Did you machine the flywheel when you put the exedy in?

Probably not. 4k has all the anti-pollution stuff hanging off it and 3k doesn't.

Welcome! The cracked piston would make me wonder if anything has been done about retarding timing?

Mine is 5k bottom end 3kbp head. Mitch is doing a arp head bolt group buy at the moment. t25g will do 15psi but the shaft won't really appreciate 20, need ball bearing for that.

Probably just a worn input shaft bearing in the gearbox

He's got one of those 80amp VL jobbies so I reckon that'll be the cause!

What rpm have u got at idle? My fw would be the light and my belt never squeals. It most likely the massive alternator!
