The place I have spoken to about PC in the past will take the parts as they are, strip them, dip them and then coat them. That is why I looked at using the poly paint.

I am going to be repainting my enkei's shortly as they are faded and they look shit house now, I have a that I have watched which gives you a fair idea of how to do it. 1. scuff wheels with wire wheel. 2. hand sand sharp edges. 3. clean the wheels with something like thinners. 4. spray primer the wheels 5. Paint with polyurethane wheel paint for best results or use a high heat paint. 6. apply a clear coat. Now my wheels are alloy and I am going to be painting them black again as they are going on my sedan, is there anything that you guys suggest that I should do differently or any other steps I should take? The wheels how they were a few years ago:

Betting the size is the issue and not the brand.

Check the fuel filter, had this problem on a 50 where it would only run while choked and it was because the choking of the carby was sucking the fuel through, I replaced the filter and it is was all good.

Just sucks when your dad takes your car though right? ;)
